Breakfast from this morning – Carrot noodles, green beans, cherry tomatoes, sesame dressing and an egg. I had planned for the egg to be soft boiled with a runny yolk but like always I ended up going over. A few days back it was so under that it fell apart in my hand while trying to peel. I had the pleasure of cooking with these beautiful oyster mushrooms a few days back. They looked absolutely beautiful and had such a subtle earthy aroma, I kept going back to get another whiff. They paired wonderfully with a simple pasta in bechamel sauce with lots of garlic and a few herbs. 💚

Peachy! 🌸🍑 This peach galette was like a summer sunset on a plate. Buttery flaky short crust pastry filled with some lovely sweet & slightly tart peaches, crunchy toasted almonds and that beautiful aroma of rosemary. 💛 Recipe will be up on the blog soon! :)
