I hate having crushes omg. I’m so down bad for this guy. My friends convinced me that he felt the same way for the past like, month and a half and I just found out a week ago that he recently got a girlfriend and I’m so happy for him but now I’m kind of just sitting here with my feelings. Like, I have to stop myself from staring at him with a smile. And he recommended an artist to me and I’ve been listening to them a lot and I’m listening to them now as I’m trying to calm my brain down. I think about him too much and I feel so weird about it cause he has a girlfriend ahahahaha. Guys he’s actually such a sweetheart and I’m so happy for him and she caught a really good one but like. It’s so late and I’m so tired that I can’t process words but I hate it here in my brain full of romantic feelings.

I saw the Savannah Bananas play against the Party Animals the other day and omg 😭 I love them so much, literally the best first baseball game experience. And thanks to my friend’s little sis for introducing me to one of the players music cause it’s been on repeat.

Update on my sad love life:

She made out with another girl and while they aren’t together and it was a fun thing, it still…. hurts. I’ve heard this story twice now, with more details the second time. She also still very much plays with my hair and sits in my lap. So like the other night, my friends and I were at one of their houses to chill in the hot tub and she sat in my lap for almost and hour. I had a thought to tell her how I feel that night but decided against it because I’m 99% sure she doesn’t like me back and I can’t stop thinking about her and I hate it here.

Only time I’ve ever cried over someone I liked was because he said he didn’t want to talk to me anymore or be friends anymore because I liked him. I cried because he was an ass. But now?? I’m not crying yet but my chest feels funny and weird and I don’t like it. Anyways, I think I got my answer without asking… She posted on her close friends story “Is it bad to want to flirt with someone but not like be in a relationship with them just wanna literally flirt cause it’s fun am I in the wrong for that” and I feel like that was my answer. She HEAVILY flirts with me to the point where I have gotten mixed signals and… I don’t know man it just hurts. Because that was most definitely my answer and now I know I can never say anything because I’ll definitely ruin the friendship because she won’t act the same around me because she’ll stop flirting and playing with my hair at the back of my neck… I am thriving

So I might like my best friend. I’ve been struggling since June to figure out how I feel because I haven’t had like, a defining click yet??? I had a defining click for the past three people I liked in high school. And I was in a situationship last semester for like, half a month (end of school year lmao) and I realized that I couldn’t distinguish between romantic and platonic love and affection.

So I’ve been struggling to figure out how I feel about her. She makes me happy and I smile when I see her name pop up on my phone. I always look forward to seeing her. I count down the days. Physical contact feels RIGHT. Like we just sorta fit together. And I crave it. I also feel like I can always 100% be myself around her.

On a side note, we hung out about a week ago and it was wonderful. When we were cuddling, she gave me a soda tab. So I know what that trend is now. I gave her a kiss on the cheek for it.

Anyways. Please send help. I don’t know how to read things.

The vibes tonight were IMMACULATE

My roommate and I went to a costume contest tea party at a local tea shop. Everyone there was cool. Everyone who wasn’t was not cool.

We sang karaoke and we kind of actually killed it with “Take Me or Leave Me” from Rent.

My roomie and I went as Natasha and Yelena and we slayed.

Why does nobody wear rainboots in Tucson, AZ. Like, it’s been raining for weeks off and on. There are no storm drains. Roads become rivers. The amount of people at the U of A who just raw dog it with their toes out is hilarious. I have rainboots. I’m from Cali where it hardly rains. Will it be raining in a few hours? Yes. Will I be wearing my rainboots every time I go out today? Yes. People can judge but who’s going to be the one laughing when you’re walking in sopping wet squealchy socks and shoes.
