The full name I gave him is Alan Danse Jr

i know this has been a matter of debate for quite some time but the fact that maxson’s username on the prydwen internal network is MX-001E and danse’s username is DN-407P suggests that “danse” is his last name.

The Rise of Calamity

Fallout oc story

Born on July 4th, 2035 in Grapevine Texas, was Dallas Thorne. A wild free spirit, born to rodeo champs, Big Ritchie and Darla Star. From the age of 5, Dallas and her family traveled from state to state, performing in the rodeos, quickdraw competitions and gunfighter acts. In May of 2050, at just 15 years old, Dallas became known as the youngest woman to ever become a rodeo champ, alongside her mother Darla Star, by lasting over the longest “30 seconds” on the gnarliest bull in El Paso,Texas called El Diablo. Dallas soon went on to become Texas' best rodeo champ, beating her mother and father earning her the title “Calamity.” In 2058 Dallas met her soon to be husband, Kent Walker Jr. whom she met after a show in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The two eventually got married in 2066 and moved to the outskirts of downtown Boston. Where Kent filled a degree in Business. He soon went on to hold a high position at Vault-Tec of Boston. Right after the Battle of Anchorage, Kent distanced himself from Dallas, invoking more hours into his work at Vault-Tec, often bringing home a Pipboy and a vault jumpsuit. His obsession on the end of the world frightened her drastically, not just by the thought but how he tried to push her into getting a space in vault 81.Everyday he reminded her about the dangers of atomic detonation and that preparing for the future was the best choice. Dallas didn't like his behavior, so on September 5th,2077 she filed for divorce. Despite being no longer married, Kent told her she'll always have a place in vault 81, when the need arises but she stood her ground. Less than a month later on October 23rd, the bombs fell, Dallas rode out the blast in her westward Boston home.Fast forward to the year 2267 Dallas “Calamity” has made such a name for herself as the fastest left handed draw, in Boston with a sixgun. Every raider, drifter and ghoul for miles around came to challenge this “red haired” ghoul. No one had succeeded, until a young smooth skin by the name of John “Hancock” challenged her to a gunfight one evening outside. She knew it was wrong, considering the kid was high out of his mind on jet, but accepted the challenge.The kid ended up shooting off her trigger finger, how he did it was no short of a miracle. She laughed and rewarded the kid with a drink in the third rail, as she sewed her finger back in place. From then on Hancock was known as the young junkie who single handedly beat Dallas Calamity. After a while, Calamity drifted toward the Capital Wasteland, settling down in Megaton, she began doing odd jobs and bounty work.After the Brotherhood defeated the Enclave, she traveled back to Goodneighbor permanently. She now spends most of her days down in The third rail, spinning wild tales of her days as a gunfighter.

As you might’ve guessed I took mere inspiration from Cooper Howard “the ghoul” for this oc.

I really should study old west history more I have so many books and magazines on the subject yet I’ve only read a few..

Figured I use a non-ghoul version of Hancock for this lol..

Her name and mannerisms are are inspired by Calamity Jane. I used to watch Deadwood a lot lol.

I do not have a character design for this oc, Ive had this oc on the back burner for a long time, but if y’all would like me to continue talking about her please let me know..

As you guessed it,this is Erin and Arthur’s first born son AJ. He was born on the Prydwen, raised immediately around heavy armed soldiers weapons and hazardous materials. Arthur spent most of his life back and forth from the airport to the Prydwen, whether it was for learning or fun. He was very invested in the brotherhoods way of life becoming the “model soldier” just like his father. Except, his views and morals are a bit more stricter. AJ believes that all ghouls should die, as well as other irradiated creatures, just like Maxson but also wants to wipe out “ghoul settlements” completely, especially ones such as Sanctuary Hills, Goodneighbor and Diamond City.

He calls it giving back, what was stolen to the people who needed it most. Others amongst him say it’s madness. He believes technology shouldn’t be in the hands of non brotherhood personnel and orders immediate confiscation in local settlements. Including partial access to their crops water and supplies.

Arthur (AJ) takes after Erin in appearance but has similar facial structure to that of his father. He is the tallest in the Maxson family being 6’4”. His values are like that of Arthur but a little more extreme. Like his father AJ wishes to kill all creatures created by the war, also including those who are civilized . He refuses to help those in desperate need, (especially if they are not previously involved with the Brotherhood.) He orders everyone under his command to eradicate ghoul and super mutant populated cities, even if they pose no threat. All technology found across the wasteland must be taken away including items in possession of settlers by all means necessary. He treats those in rank below him with disrespect including his own sister.

Amelia takes after Arthur completely in appearance, but having slight resemblances of her mother’s facial features. She is the third tallest being 5’8, (just a few inches shorter than her mother.) Her Brotherhood values, are very different of her parents and older brother. She feels ghouls aren’t a threat, feral or not and doesn’t understand “it is an abomination and must be destroyed” ideology. She helps those in need, no matter how desperate they are, ghouls included. She even goes as far as to give valuable Brotherhood resources and technology away to civilians behind her father’s back. She once helped a small community of ghouls who were on the verge of feralization and death, despite the morals she was taught about them she saved half a dozen of those ghouls from feralization.
