Dogwood 2019 Photography Challenge Week 10 Storytelling: Hometown Tell us the story of your hometown. It could be a famous landmark, something the town is known for, or even just your favorite place to relax. This was a difficult shot to get and I still wasn't satisfied with it. Dogwood Photography Challenge Week 6 -- Inspiration: #nofilter -- No limit on what you shoot this week, as long as the image is pure. No filters, presets, or other edits. Basic exposure corrections only this week. I didn't even need that. I just started playing around with my camera on the way home from seeing how high the water was after the rains lately. I was just shooting frame after frame as the truck drove down the road, and it wasn't a great road. Then when we got on the interstate the shots started getting better. Dogwood Photography Challenge Week 5 - Composition: Symmetry -- Landscape is one of the most practiced types of photography. Use symmetry in a landscape to create a new viewpoint for this week's image. Normally I don't like to use symmetry in landscapes, so this was a challenge for me. The first attempt just didn't turn out right and it was just too hazardous to keep trying. This is a road -- yes, a road.
