2 years ago when I was given this for Christmas, not being able to weigh past 145lbs, I could not fill this dress shirt. Today, 2 years later weighing 188lbs, not only can I fill it in but I've almost grown out of it. I'm always hard on myself saying I'm getting a gut or that I'm not swole enough so mentally I can stay focused. This past year has been tough in all areas of my life but I know that I have to find the time to at least do the minor workouts I do at home. Although I started slacking since July when I started training again, I know I'm going to keep crushing my goals throughout 2017. Stay focused my friends and happy holidays. #MyPantsAreGray #NotBlack
