Update

So I wasn’t sure when I was gonna say this or if I was even gonna say certain things but I guess now I’m active now’s as good a time as ever

I don’t think I’ll be writing any more ego stuff

I’m really sorry. I don’t wanna disappoint you guys but I haven’t written anything for them (excluding stocked fics I saved for a rainy day) in like what a year? It feels that long tbh.

I’m not deleting bc I want you guys to be able to read these stories whenever and I hope you can still enjoy them in time to come

And all the ideas I’ve had that I’ve never done I’ll post so you can see some of the stuff I always wanted to work on but lost motivation for. And if people want to write them then with credit and asking me I might be okay with that (some are quite personal to me but most should be okie dokie)

But, I do have an AO3 account. It’s not for the egos but for ‘The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals, the starkid show on youtube (which I HIGHLY recommend watching if you haven’t bc I’ve been obsessed with it since I watched it) so if any of you like that I’m ‘ourfandomcrazyuniverse’ on AO3, which is also my personal tumblr so if you guys wanna keep in touch my tumblr would be the best place to contact me

The pressure of this kind of got to me so I don’t think I’ll be taking requests over there and sorry to the people who did request and I didn’t deliver, I hope you can forgive me

Yeah I’ve not even started actual lessons yet lol. Adulting is tough. I guess you guys should know my age since I don’t think I’ve actually ever told you and I revealed that yeah I’m a fresher at uni, I turned 18 in June and started this account I think when I was 15 so it’s been a journey lol

Heyyyyy

Sorry about last night guys. I just really needed to vent somewhere that specific people I had to vent about wouldn’t see and drunk me thought this was the perfect place

Just an update for you all: no hangover, even after various drinks and half a bottle of whiskey

New flat mates tried to tell this guy I used to have a crush on and now I value as just a friend I was in love with him and he just wanted therapy abt how he kissed two of my best friends while my flat mates looked super bored after he dragged them there (and the majority voted to go)

Didn’t make out with the guy who tried to make out with me twice

Made it safely home walking

Got some stuff off my chest I needed to bc mental health has taken a dip and I haven’t taken any antidepressants in months bc I’m rubbish at looking after myself

Aaaaand new uni flat mate posted a video of me crying with the caption ‘we made her cry lol’ while she and my other flat mate laugh in the video and you can hear me literally begging her not to post it and she said she wouldn’t so that’s super fun and a great start to our year long friendship while we live together

So all in all a mixed night.

Imagine: Developing a Regrettable Crush on Anti

...

Your house was dead quiet. There wasn't even the sound of your refrigerator humming as you sat alone in the dark, thunderstorm long gone but its affect lingering.

Power outage. Your whole neighborhood was hit.

Great.

The worst part wasn't the lack of entertainment at your disposal, without light to read and technology being made useless. No, the worst part was that you knew without power Anti wasn't able to keep an eye on you.

Sure, some people might find it creepy to be watched by a body-controlling, tech-lingering...whatever he was. And to be fair you thought it was creepy at first, too.

Over time, though, you learned he was genuinely taking care of you, in his own way. If you saw a flicker on your computer screen you knew he had just blocked something malicious. When you turned on your TV to your favorite show, you knew he was the one who put it on for you. Every little hint of him doing something nice for you made your heart soften to him a little more.

So now that you've been left without him you had to face the feeling of emptiness, and what it meant: you had started to return his feelings. Which was dangerous. Of course the things he did for you was sweet, but every little favor didn't make up for how controlling and unsettling he really was.

Suddenly the telltale hum of electricity running through your house told you that the power was back. Which meant he was, too.

"Hello."

His voice scratched at the walls and buried themselves into your ears. You winced.

"Did you miss me?" Anti peered into your line of sight, wide grin mocking you and your damned feelings. Did he know? No, he wasn't telepathic...you were pretty sure.

"A little," you conceded. If he could read your mind then at least he couldn't get upset at you for telling the truth.

However, his smile dropped as though the answer dissatisfied him. Another reason catching feelings for him was dangerous; he was volatile.

"Only a little?" your vision glitched into blackness before everything came back just as suddenly, with him much closer. The blood on his neck was dripping further, you impassively noticed. "I thought you would have missed me more. At least as much as I missed you." As he spoke faded echoes of himself rocked back and forth before you in your subconscious. He was playing with you, Anti always played. There was never an actual conversation between you, just games.

You swallowed, "Anti, have you ever considered that you might be a little…" Dammit, if it got you killed so be it. You had to play with him back, or he'd kill you anyway, and this would be a way to get your word in. "Clingy?"

For a second he was just glowering at you, then he hitched into a point of laughter. It was loud and it echoed and felt wholly terrifying. You couldn't help the way it made your chest feel warm.

"Okay!" Anti chirped and threw his hands on either side of your head on the couch. You smelled the blood from his throat, and something inherently inhuman. Purely Anti. "How about we play a game?" he twisted his head and it snapped back and forth a few times. He kept his bright jade eyes and unwavering Cheshire smile trained on you. "I'll leave you alone, and all you have to do i-"

You blinked. He was gone. With a start you ran to the switch and clicked it a few times. There was nothing.

Which left you with the question: Whatever he was going to ask of you, would you be willing to do it? Did you really want to get rid of him, or would you rather give in and encourage him?

You had some thinking to do before the power came back.
