I’m not a radqueer, but I am a paraphile, and I can’t believe people are mad at you for saying “harmful paraphilia”. You literally specified you knew paraphilias weren’t inherently harmful, that should be the end of it.

I’ve been talking about this in servers too, and they agree. I’m ready to just cuss the next person who says I think that way out, to be honest. I’m also a paraphile. You can't just, expect people to Know something when it's blatantly written wrong, that's not how it works, at all, what's the point in being stubborn? Genuine question why are you being rude about this, you are conflating the difference between traumatic events and paraphilic attractions by having it written wrong. It's not rude to want it to be written wrong but you're pretty damn rude and insensitive for your only excuse being stubborn. If you have the time to write those two words you have the time to backspace a few times and write three more words back in, it's not that hard to stop being harmful to paraphiles.

Being stubborn isn't an excuse. I'm not excusing myself. I just find it pretty damn funny that people are this mad.

not the same anon but i think paraphilias in general are pretty obscure and a good chunk of people, radqueer or not, will assume some paraphilias are harmful. /neu

Everybody's got a paraphilia dude. Just being attracted to breasts can be considered one apparently. I'm still gonna be stubborn, but I do understand what you mean.

Hey! This is not in mean spirit at all btw! But I wanted to suggest changing the dni pro contact for harmful paraphilia to dni pro contact for harmful if acted on paraphilia, since no paraphilia is inherently harmful as it's just the attraction and not action ^_^ since the idea of a harmful paraphilia adds stigma to paras, have a good day!!

I think people should just know there are no harmful paras unless acted on. Like I didn't know this was a thing that needed specification. I'm gonna keep being stubborn though because I think radqueers know this.
