scorpius grinned at the look on her face, shrugging one shoulder with the grace of a true malfoy. at her invitation, scorpius nodded and plopped down on the armchair next to her. he carefully placed his book on the ground and yawned loudly, before peering over at selina.

she scrunches her nose in the delicate manner of a girl used to turbulent pureblood politics; a movement with just the right degree of condescension.
❝ how high can my respect be for someone who's blatantly missing a few screws in the head? i see little to value. but please, tell me differently. ❞
selina obviously leans toward the more intellectual of their house. she's never really seen any value in hired muscle, or those less apt to intelligence.
