Welcome to the very first post made my "sober acts".
What is sober acts? This is a blog I made back in April and the original idea for this blog is to create awareness about addiction problems and other mental health problems.
Why did I make sober acts? Well, I've had my own issues in the past and wanted to create a safe community where other people can share their experiences and how they are doing in life.
Sober acts isn't just for drug/alcohol misuse, it's also to learn more about yourself and for other people to share what helped them get past addiction; also, how addiction works on the brain and how trauma can affect this.
I will be launching my first server on discord called "sober acts" and will be available for everyone on the 24th of July, 2024 (GMT-4 time zone)
