Flight Rising Glimmer & Gloom Special: Trapezoid Circle Visual Guide

(Quick info for any mutuals who still use tumblr: I'm trying to write a forum post for Flight Rising but the forum won't let you upload photos just post links so I'm writing the guide here first)

This guide is an explanation on how to solve what used to be my least favorite puzzle in the Glimmer & Gloom Special difficulty. It has a steep learning curve if you don't know where to start but can actually be explained fairly simply. There are 6 trapezoids in the puzzle but I'm going to explain using the one in the bottom left. This explanation isn't optimized for minimizing moves, so you may click tiles more than once.

I usually solve for glimmer and try to turn the whole puzzle yellow, and the goal here is to push all of the purple gloom tiles into the bottom of the trapezoid. Begin by attempting to do that.

If you get stuck with an odd number of gloom tiles anywhere in the purple stripe on the left, with all glimmer tiles in the 6 spaces above, resolve this by clicking each of the tiles highlighted in green on the right. This will invert the one gloom tile highlighted in the middle of the image. Then, continue to solve so that any remaining gloom tiles are isolated in the bottom 3 spaces that are highlighted in orange.

If all three tiles in the bottom corner are gloom, you can easily invert them by clicking the bottom tile and win. Below are the 3 other possibilities and their solutions. If your puzzle is represented in the left image, click the green and blue tiles on the right to solve. If your puzzle is represented in the middle image, click only the green tiles.

This method will work for all 6 rotated trapezoids in the puzzle. The trapezoids are also symmetrical, so you can solve using the flipped solutions as well.
