"You don't know how transitioning works" I know scientists haven't invented magic. Nobody can ACTUALLY transition to the opposite sex.
I wasn't talking about drag. I was talking about transgender people. I know there's a difference. I just don't care. Just like black people don't care about the difference between people in black face and trans racial people. They are racists, and you are a misogynist.
I wasn't telling you what being trans is. I was telling you that you're a man.
I don't understand why you wrote that ridiculous guilt-tripping rant responding to things I didn't even say.
Sometimes I see a good post but then it has the word bitch in it and I'm like well you ruined it now. No like or reblog for you.

Men who go on hormones and get fake breast implants are not "women who have had late breast growth". What a horrifically sexist thing to say. And yes, you do wear sex costumes. You're a misogynist, just like a white person painting themself black is a racist.

Yes!!!!! I hate "tits" so much! It's so creepy! It used to be that only the worst men said it. I hate that it has become so normalised.

Some news sources about Tickle Versus giggle.
ABC news article
Ms Tickle had also sought orders for a written apology, but Justice Bromwich declined to make those orders.
"It is plain that any apology given by Ms Grover, and any apology given by her on behalf of Giggle, would be through clenched teeth and utterly devoid of sincerity," he said.
"She would be doing no more than saying she was sorry, but she would not in fact be sorry at all. She adheres to her sincerely held beliefs."
SBS News article
Guardian article
In his written decision, Bromwich drew attention to the behaviour of Grover, including laughing at a caricature of Tickle during the trial.

Grover reports that out of the 10,000 app downloads, about half of them have consistently been men trying to break into a space that is clearly not for them. One man even “tried 48 times to get past the verification system,” according to Grover.
And according to this article, Giggle was originally trans inclusive.

A lot has been about Imane Khelif but what I really want to talk about is the response to Angela Carini. I have seen so much hatred towards her from trans activists. Calling her a liar, saying she deliberately threw the match, laughing at her tears, calling her tears fake, calling her apology fake. Trans activists make no secret of how much they hate women.

I didn't know that about Terry Pratchett, yikes! Trans activism got big after he died but his daughter got on twitter to say that he would have hated terfs and supported trans women...so...
I really tried reading his books but couldn't get into them, really can't see what the big deal is.
I COMPLETELY agree that Terry Pratchett must have known EXACTLY what Neil Gaiman was like. SO funny seeing Good Omens fans try to deny it so that they can remain pure.
"Oh no, that's a shame, time to read Terry Pratchett/insert other male author here instead."
When are you people going to realise that women exist? Go read some female authors instead.

Aaaaasahhjfhj I wish I had payed more attention and taken note of the name of the charity! Then we could have complained about it. Unfortunately I was too busy being angry at how bad the ad was.
"Sex work is work" has gone too far. I just saw an add for an anti sex trafficking charity. It said "For young girls, a bed should be a place for sleep, not for work." It showed a man entering a room with a scared looking girl lying on a mattress on the floor before he closed the door. Why can't a literal anti sex trafficking charity say that this is rape?????

If Neil Gaiman were innocent he would be on social media protesting his innocence. He is gone because he knows he's guilty and can't defend himself.
If Neil Gaiman were innocent, there wouldn't now be multitudes of women coming forward with stories about him, now that they feel safe to do so.
I think what annoys me the most about people not believing women is that no woman has ever accused a nice man of rape. Every man who has been accused of rape is creepy as hell. It is always totally believable!

Just had a thought. Trans people are saying that because Neil Gaiman supports trans rights and has been outed as a predator, people will use this against trans people. But he also supports gay rights, and I haven't seen a single gay person saying this will be used against them. Food for thought.

Sometimes I think the reason that slurs against women are not taken as seriously as other types of slurs is that they are not synonymous with the word "woman". Even though words like bitch and slut are ONLY used against women, they don't actually refer to ALL women. They refer to women who aren't doing what the speaker wants them to do, and therefore function differently to other slurs.
Other slurs don't work like this. Racial slurs are understood to be synonymous with the entire race of people they are describing. Nobody would ever say "Don't be a (racial slur)". That wouldn't make any sense. But entirely normal to say "Don't be a bitch." "Don't be a bitch" doesn't mean "Don't be a woman", it means "Do what I tell you to do."
When someone uses a racial slur, that person's feelings are clear. They hate an entire race of people and probably want them dead. But when a man calls a woman a bitch or a slut, it could be argued that he doesn't actually hate ALL women, just the one he's talking to.
I'm straight and white so I haven't experienced any other slurs, so I can't compare them, but I would be interested to hear from women who have.
