— at some point, though, you'll pick up on their safeguarding intentions

— if you bring it up, they might deny it or admit it, depending on whether they'd want to let down their tough(ish) exterior yet

— it could be a flustered confession or a hesitant denial (<- you know, like a liar)

— doesn't mean to be too clingy, but they're kind of always following behind you a little bit

— might act a bit gallant around you, attempting to grab your attention occasionally

— regardless of size, they'd want to prove how big! and strong they are! and totally capable of protecting you from any harm

— honestly, it's so cute

— they may try and assist you with somewhat dangerous activities, using the stove or lifting heavier objects

— sometimes it's kind of silly when it comes to the measures they'll take

— they'll help you through crosswalks, chop fruit, they'd even tie your shoes if you asked!

— I think over time they would slowly acknowledge that you're still a relatively independent being, and while they're still around to help they know you're not completely helpless

— however, will still be in your business alot of the time, maybe follow you around some more, who knows <3
