my man athelstan living out his y/n life in season 1 like, he's a virgin monk living by the sea and one day giant warrior men come and kill everybody but their leader is a hot older man who decides to keep athelstan alive bc he's Not Like Other Monks (and also he's curious about christianity) and forbids others from killing him, picks him as a slave over many highly valuable loots and takes him home to his children and (hot) wife, who asks him if he wants to have a threesome
