Dude is insufferable and every time i see someone comment something like "why is no one else standing up like this?!" I get pissed because SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SINCE BEFORE THIS ELECTION AND THE ONLY REASON YOU ONLY SEE NEWSOM IS BY DESIGN.

Yes, be happy and relieved that more people are opening their eyes because he is speaking out, but don't fall for the smoke and mirrors.

Speak to people who claim he's the only one fighting.

Invite them to learn about those who have been fighting for longer. Show them the people in your local governments who strive to make life for their people better and show them that this whote man has NEVER spoken for them, and he never will. But there ARE people nearby who have been saying ehat he's saying for longer, they just dont have the privilege of the DNC to back them up and project their voice.

Gavin Newsom is the least trustworthy, least deserving, most insufferable person on the Democratic bench for 2028. He is a hollow husk of slime who lives only to serve himself and his ambition. This post isn't even really about his recent betrayal of the LGBT community, that's just part of a larger truth about him that countless Californian Democrats have known for years: his only loyalty is to his own imagined future as president. He has failed to properly serve the people of California because he refuses to take any action that would make him look bad to swing voters in Wisconsin. He opts instead for big, flashy stunts that grab headlines because being a pragmatic administrator in the specific context of California's issues won't help him become president. He's an entitled, two-faced hypocrite who holds nothing sacred above his own calculated pursuit of power.
