Can anyone help me find conversions of these objects to Ts4 or if there are other build sets like it? I'm looking for Victorian style gable/roof decorstionsz spandrels, etc. I have LonelyBoy's set already. All other things I've found are for ts2/3 and I don't know how to make or convert CC!

Lot Download: Meadow View Cottage

I’m on a roll this week! I’d like to present to you a beautiful, quintessentially English cottage set in the heart of Henford-on-Bagley. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a greenhouse/sunroom, large garden and a pond teaming with ducks and swans!

Built on a 50 x 40 lot but could be placed on a smaller lot if you don’t mind cutting off some of the garden. I left the garden purposefully empty, besides a hidden fountain/seating area to see what you do with it! You could definitely add a farming area if you wanted to. Please tag me if you use it. I’d love to see how you decorate inside :)

So, believe it or not, I’ve never played the Strangerville story! I find myself mostly in CAS or building, not so much playing... but I would really like to stay commited to the Strangerville story and the fact that you need to really make a lot of effort to skill up in certain areas and make relationships in order to progress (hopefully) means I won’t get bored as I have something tangible to work toward!

This is my quirky, grumpy old cynic called Floyd. He lives in the trailer park with his dog Nugget and he will get to the bottom of this mystery in town if it’s the last thing he does! 

Been playing around with reshade and I took this in game with no editing. So impressed with what you can do with it!

I made a sim for you all to download based on a super pretty model boy I found online. I hope you like him as much as I do! I only gave him an everyday and formal outfit, the rest you can pick yourself.

I included all custom content in the download because it seemed easiest. If any creator has an issue, let me know.

Lot for Download! Four house Edwardian Terrace. 

I posted this ages ago, but then I had to wipe my game and all kindsa stuff but I managed to retain my tray files so I am putting it up for download! All EPs and SPs required if you want it to look exactly the same. A lot of debug stuff in terms of the plants and whatnot.

It features 4 separate homes on a terraced street. All are empty and unfurnished except the one at the far right has been lightly decorated inside as if it has been abandoned and squatters are living inside (tent, trash, etc.) but of course, you can do what you like to it. I thought it added some personality to make them all a bit different. I have playtested this build using the roommate feature of Discover University and it means you can have a family living in one of the homes and ‘neighbours’ living in the others, if you wish :) Let me know if there are any issues. Please tag me if you use it, I would love to see how you decorate it inside!

Daphne and Leo are ready for their new life in Strangerville. After all, they are pretty fuckin' strange. They've found a spot in a trailer park that suits them perfectly. Well, suits Leo. He's just happy to be somewhere new after he burned all his bridges. Daphne thinks this place is dead and already feels like an outcast but she's stuck here now. There has to be other weirdos like her here, right?

As much as she eschews materialism, she secretly misses being able to have a proper bath.

She's trying to believe Leo when he says this is all for the best.
