What I want from TotK: Ganondorf should embrace his daddy energy, become a good guy and adopt Link and Zelda. I just want him to teach Link how to take care of his hair or something similar. 🥰

A lot of people are worried that Tears Of The Kingdom might not have classic Zelda dungeons. I don’t believe it will, instead I think me might get "open world" dungeons similar to Hyrule Castle in BotW. Since ALttP the Zelda team tried to create dungeons that incorporate the outdoor area (Skyward Sword) or have multiple entrances. Even the Devine Beasts felt like they were meant to be part of the world instead of being hidden behind a loading screen. And what’s also interesting are the boss battles (?) we saw in the latest trailer. They seem to take place OUTSIDE. I strongly believe TotK will be what Skyward Sword tried to be with its dungeon design.

I think one thing that makes Shougo such an effective villain is that he's brutally efficient
Some stories like to establish their villains as dangerous my making the bloodthirsty and violent, but Shougo is not that. He doesn't think much of killing people but he also doesn't go out of his way to do so. He kills four people on screen the entire show, and none of his murders are particularly violent. They're quick and efficient so he can go on his merry way
The thugs that try to take the helmets away from him, he almost seems annoyed that they even attempted that. He takes them all down with three moves or less and only kills one of them, in a decidedly quick and easy way before calmly walking away to continue what he was doing.
Kudama too, he slits his throat and then gets to work at removing his eyes and fingers. Kudama had what he needed so Shougo killed him and took it.
All his murders are means to an end, he doesn't care about the collateral damage because the people he kills don't mean anything to him.
Even Yuki's death wasn't particularly bloody or torturous, at least not in the sense that he tortured her to hurt her. No, he didn't care about Yuki. She was a convenient set piece, nothing more.
He kidnapped her to lure in Kougami, because he already understood him well enough to know that Akane would come to him and that he'd go after Yuki instead of Akane. It wasn't Yuki or even Akane he was interested in, just Kougami. Yuki was just a tool, the bait to draw Kougami in and the place to hide the antenna to see if Kougami was as good as Shougo hoped
Once she'd served her purpose she was completely uninteresting to him, he only took her with him as a hostage to get away if need be. Hell, he didn't even need the gun, that was probably just to keep Yuki quiet.
Once he was safe he probably would've just knocked her out and let her go. He had chloroform on him, which he used to make her more easy to maneuver not to actually put her to sleep.
She's unimportant to him. He doesn't care about his face being seen, he doesn't care about being known, he proves as much by introducing himself to Akane and throwing the rifle to her.
At that point Akane was completely defenseless, he could've killed her and just left and no one would've ever known what he looked like if he killed Yuki too. But that's not what's important to him.
He wants to test Akane too for being close to Kougami. And Akane failed, so he punishes her. It's not about Yuki at all, he doesn't torment Yuki because he gets off on her suffering. It's Akane he's trying to provoke into actually trying to kill him.
If she'd managed to shoot him there, it's entirely possible he'd have been satisfied with that outcome. But she didn't and by her reaction he knows that there was no way she'd have the mental strength to stand up and follow him if she saw Yuki die, so he kills Yuki.
It's all a means to an end for him, Akane coming after him was just a hiccup he dealt with and Yuki was the tool to do so.
That's what makes him so chilling. He doesn't kill cuz it's fun or because he wants to, it's just that he kills to achieve a goal and he's fast and efficient and cold about it.
The only times Shougo isn't like this is when he kills Touma and when he's fighting Kougami head on
The first one he is quite clearly furious with Touma for killing Choe Gu-Sung and having the gall to ask him to join the System after its essentially denied his existence his whole life, and he's making sure Touma knows that. The second is the actual life and death fight that is fun to him, the thrill of finding an opponent who can match him. He doesn't even mind dying against someone who was stronger than him, he'd just accept it.
And that's why he's such a good villain in my eyes. It's that everyone has a use for him up until a certain point, he'll go over corpses to get what he wants, and he won't feel anything about it.
He loves humanity as a whole but Choe Gu-Sung and Kougami are the only people he cares about, Choe Gu-Sung as a friend and confidante, and Kougami as the only person who could ever truly understand him. Everyone else doesn't matter.

I hate streaming platforms. Not because they produce terrible movies but instead because said movies will oftentimes never release in cinema or on bluray. Maybe I would love to watch a movie like "The Curse of Bridge Hollow" on the big screen but sadly, that's not possible. Guess if I ever own a house and we have a room to spare, said room will turn into a home cinema. :/

I'm sorry but F*CK J. K. Rowling. Her whole literature work is plagiatism, her opinions harmful and toxic ... This woman doesn't deserve her fame and glory and I wish people would simply STOP supporting her and instead buy there children different and BETTER fantasy books like "The Worst Witch", "His Dark Materials" or heck, even "Narnia" would be better, despite it's Christian imagery.

On the one hand, I live in dread of the Great Celebrity Migration from Twitter.
On the other hand, it would not surprise me in the least if Ryan Reynolds has been secretly on tumblr for years under a username like "readythebabycatapult" or "lickmyhlloween69" and is well acquainted with our ways and culture.

Bye-bye Twitter ...
... i won’t miss you.
I slightly remember the first version of Twitter, when it released years ago. It was ugly and weird, but I liked it and I loved the bubble of people I found. Despite this, I have to say, I won’t miss it. Yes, I had fun over there, but it didn’t took too long for Twitter to turn into a really terrible social media platform. Nowadays it’s nearly impossible to talk to like minded people and it’s impossible to discuss anything with others because either they don’t want to listen to what you have to say, or they are terrible people (e.g. racists, etc.) that you never should talk to because all they can do is being angry.
