i feel this way about a lot of things actually where im like can you just stop pretending you are also on the same page but with a few well meaning concerns and just be honest that you dont actually care. like a couple weeks ago i was talking to someone irl and we were complaining specifically about queer activism that excludes any kind of (particularly trans. particularly tma lets be real) person who is determined to be too "weird" or deviates too far and how it is so dishonest to even pretend you care about any kind of queer rights at that point. i feel similarly about disability/mental illness — if you dont actually give a shit enough to fight for those you consider weird/scary/dangerous (AND YOU SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER WHY YOU FEEL THAT WAY IN THE FIRST PLACE.) than just like stop fucking pretending you care. it would probably suck way more but at least it would be honest

oh man. i think this is actually one i have not really osmosis-ed from my dash. its not impossible that i have the one piece tag blocked on tumblr now that i think about it. but i have absorbed from other friends. so. i know theres a guy. monkey d luffy. and hes a pirate. and he has friends who are his pirate crew. and they go on adventures with the power of friendship? for several thousand episodes? and this is compelling but maybe could be more compelling if it was less misogynistic? but theres hype moments and aura. some kind of fruit too? but only One fruit. i think. oh and theres a game for the nintendo ds thats honestly pretty good

ive watched quite a bit of wilty and i grew up on 8 out of 10 cats does countdown so im familiar with that general sphere of britcom. ive seen lee mack and david mitchell say vaguely homosexual things before. the impression i get is like that post about looking at a picture of two guys and going yep. one drunken handjob in 2006. and also victoria coren mitchell might be in on it? shes fujoing out? maybe? overall they just keep saying some real gay shit and at SOME point theyre going to have to commit to following through
