Here's the story: day 2, new wave of plumbers installed the tub a little earlier than it should have, so pipes were connected, tub was nailed to and open wall, balanced on shims and not leveled. I didn't ask them to do it and was going to create a bunch of extra work for my contractor or he would have had to "make it work". We gutted this thing to get it to code and do it the right way. I called to get them to come out and help fix it, twice. Then it took some stern words to get them to get someone out there. However, It wasn't her fault they did what they did and I shouldn't have barked at her. I called her back and apologized. I believe energy you put out comes back to you 10 fold. Bathroom renovation under way. This bathroom was subject of a hack job so we tore it down to get everything to code and safe again. Why these slum lords won't do it the right way the first time is beyond me.
