Eddie Kaspbrak died because Pennywise considered him the biggest threat amongst the Losers. 

It’s Eddie that was Henry Bowers’ first target (”It’s your time, Eddie.” and “Because IT says it’s your time.”) almost right after his encounter with the leper. It was Eddie whom Pennywise killed without second thought, even though he took his sweet sweet time with Mike before that.

Why? Because Eddie was the closest to realising how to defeat IT. His encounter with the leper proved pivotal to defeating Pennywise, and you could argue that if Eddie had died instantly, they wouldn’t have defeated him at all.

Of course, you could think that Pennywise just wanted to hurt Richie as much as possible, killing his first love right in front of him, but I like to think that Pennywise needed to kill Eddie because he was his biggest threat.

Meet the JSE community official prompt list!

Hey there friends! Earlier this week I made a little post brain dumping for a little activity the community can do!

As someone who has gone on to really talk to and connect with people on tumblr through meeting them within the community, it’s made me realise that people are SO much more than their avatars and screen names, and I really want to get to know you guys!!

So I’d like to start a meme similar to “Meet the Artist”, where I list a bunch of questions you have to answer, with some space for creativity in there if you want to illustrate it or make your list stylised and have that #aesthetic.

This will be open for as long as you guys want to do them, but at the end of the weekend, I’ll post a little collage of everyone’s submissions!!
