First and foremost, THIS IS A POSITIVE BODY IMAGE BLOG, meaning it is an anti-ED blog. I eat whatever I want. I am not on a "diet" whatsoever. I eat in small portions throughout the day, and I eat dinner at 6:00 p.m., which is usually my largest meal of the day. I am not condoning that anyone who reads this should do any form of dieting. I will, however, condone healthy eating. Healthy eating isn't exactly an option in my house, and I would take it if I had the chance.My method to losing weight will purely be based on not overeating, and lots and lots of exercise. I vow to not overindulge. I find it should be easy considering the fact that the "junk" food that I allow myself isn't eliminated from my diet, thus, less cravings. okay so i'm back now. i definitely didn't eat all that great friday, and i had a huge lunch yesterday. i haven't worked out since friday. i'm scared to step on the scale. i gotta shape up. today i've been pretty decent. i'm gonna go ahead and exercise today. i really don't feel good though. i have really shitty cramps.

okay so yesterday I did day 6 of 30DS. today i'm doing 7 and 8 since i'm behind and tired of being in workout 1. tomorrow i'm doing 9 and 10, and on mnday i'll start with day 11 on workout 2. party tonight, though. yay.
EDIT: so i didn't do well on doubling up. only counting today as day 7.

another fucking day of exercise missed, unless you count spending hours walking around the mall for no fucking reason. i'm getting fed up with this. i might miss another day on friday because i'm going to a party. i'll probably squeeze it in the morning.

So far I've lost between half an inch to an inch in a half in every place I've been measuring, except for my waist. I'm feeling pretty lovely right now. :)
