Why do I breathe so much in this audio

I'm currently working on editing audio, and I guess because I was sick while recording, I'm breathing SO MUCH in the audio! Like I literally take a break mid recording to breathe before continuing. C'mon ME! You're talking in a funny voice to your phone not running a marathon!
