ive been away for too long i need this community back 🥺

my dad passed and it was really tough because part of the reason he was dying was because he couldn’t eat and couldn’t get strong enough for certain treatments. that was hard bc ⭐️v ing myself…

my husband knows now that i relapsed and he keeps getting angry saying he doesn’t want me to d i e. i wish he wouldn’t express his concerns with so much anger.

i told my lyme doctor yesterday because i needed her to know that i cant really judge how well my treatment is helping my fatigue bc im not e ating enough to be energized. that conversation was hard and had me emotional the rest of the day.

im stuck between the desire to lose weight and desire to be attractive to my husband. hes attracted to me now, but he did always love my assets and those are not the same anymore. i started doing strength training with him but like part of me just wants to look sick.

i hate my boobs but i love my waist 🤷🏻‍♀️

currently feeling weird about 3d blanket statements.

“4na is not about losing weight”

“4na is just a coping mechanism”

“4na is really about being heard, loved, etc”

those are all valid reasons/experiences, but that doesn’t mean nobody is doing it for the weight loss. since ive gotten rid of my depression and have a stable life, this is 100% about the weight. it is NOT about looking attractive for men, its about the challenge of being small… I don’t have to explain it, you all get it. i guess its harder to treat 4na if there isn’t some secondary issue to resolve.

hoping there are others like me who are doing well and just love losing. dont get me wrong, this is definitely mental illness, its just not caused by another mental illness, and im not happy 24/7, but i am the majority of the time.

*kaitlyn successfully sneaks upstairs and gives the eggs and bacon to the pups and throws away the rest*
