Final Words (maybe) on SFRJ

I’ve had 6 hours to process that sonic-for-real-justice was all an elaborate ruse by some actually really nice kids who are nothing like the mods they act like on the blog (i’m still in awe that some mods like Sally & SIlver were entirely fake???) just ‘cause they wanted to spicw up their summer break a bit...

I’d have to admit that I’m super impressed at how long they managed to keep up such a believable charade (although I thought some of gender jokes i felt went a bit too far, but i guess it’s all okay since in actuality none of the mods were in any immediate harm??? idk i’m cis so i can’t really have a solid opinion on that topic) & soooooooo relieved to hear about the fakeness.

If they do decide to continue running the blog as a meme/satire-esque thing then kudos! I also apologize for any mean things I may have said about any of the mods & honestly wish them the best on whatever they choose to do!

I JUST REALIZED. MOD SONIC GOT BANNED FOR VIOLATING THE AT LEAST ONE POST A WEEK RULE!

Here’s where I’m getting fucking frustrated. People who are laughing off that post about John Green really don’t know the circumstances. Of course he hasn’t committed fucking sex crimes and the post was worded badly but you need to have a little fucking empathy with women who are in his communities and witnessed his lack of response to all the rapists in his community being brought forward last year. He did not make any kind of public warning about the men in his communities, even when he knew that some of them had abusive tendencies towards women. He did not address the women who came forwards publicly when the assaults were made known. (And neither did Hank for that matter!!! Hank is just as much to blame!!!). He did not address the prevalence of assault in this community that he made for young people, or stop to wonder why in particular this dynamic he was created was fostering rapists and allowing them to find victims. He and Hank made a promise about creating a series about sexual assault - never happened. He tweeted one of the rapists who actually admitted to having committed sexual assault, welcoming him back when he started putting out videos again. He never considers the power differentials in this space that he has created. He’s never done anything to answer for this.

Young women in his communities (that he claims to stand for) were raped, and maybe if he had taken action a little earlier, it wouldn’t have happened.

And now of course he reblogged a girl who was talking about him to his millions of followers and it’s all over different websites and he’s again just using his situational power over young girls on these websites. it’s all super fucking uncomfortable. he’s right. he needs to leave this space. he doesn’t know what power he has on it. he really doesn’t see how fucking hypocritical he is in blaming call out culture when you know that all three or four girls that commented on that post that he reblogged are going to get fucking death and rape threats and hate messages which will likely lead to them changing blogs. he doesn’t understand how fucking toxic tumblr can be and he’s thrown young women into the fucking fire pit.

(and honestly of course I don’t prescribe to a guilty by association way of thinking and there is nothing to suggest that John has ever actually committed any fucking crimes but that’s not what anyone is fucking talking about. we’re talking about an abusive dynamic that he has made!!! that has fostered rapists!!! this is not fucking heresay!! it’s a little discomforting to see all these posts defending him where every single person up in arms because “OF COURSE this reputable nice man hasn’t been abusive to anyone you stupid fucking girl how dare you insinuate that” when that is literally the exact logic that is protecting the other nine fucking rapists he was connected to AND protecting in his communities. be a little more fucking careful about how you talk to young women talking about ABUSIVE DYNAMICS!!!)

he didn’t address Alex Day or the multitude of other people outed as rapists because he knew it would be damaging for him. so now all these women in his communities that weren’t paying attention to the problems don’t know what he did. and now the young women that DO KNOW are blamed for being wary of him and how he has created abusive environments. it’s disgusting.

Mod Silver seems to have no memory of the rise and fall of Mod Sonic. What does this mean? Mod Dark Sonic’s demise created some sort of rift in the space time continuum. With nobody else left to run the blog the universe reset itself or leaped to another parallel universe where Mod Silver created the blog and was never banned and Mod Sonic never joined the blog to begin with. However Mod Shadow seems to still have memories of the past mods and the events of the first universe. What does this mean? Mod Shadow (possibly as a result of him being spacekin) was able to travel through space and time to this alternate reality in a similar fashion to Homura Akemi from the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

This statement is entirely a lie.

Mod Sonic ‘disappears’ from the blog mysteriously after banning all others and the user-allowances were never changed?  How do you think they got back on the blog.  If Mod Silver was supposedly removed as a blog moderator, someone with admin privileges had to add him again. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be running the blog currently.

Mod Sonic was the last one left.  So either Mod Sonic added Mod Silver back on the blog willingly, Silver was never removed in the first place, or Mod Sonic and Silver are the same person with two accounts.

Posting this to lay to rest all the falsehoods going around on the web about the situation. They’re not upset with the girls. Neither are Lauren and Craig. They’re upset at the CN Execs pulling this sorta stunt without even informing the three until the roles were recast. The announcements from the other day probably just made this worse.

AGAIN they are not asking or wanting anyone to lash out against the new VA’s. The only thing we have in common is that we both happen to be cis, pansexual, & chose to facelaim as Blaze the Cat. That is where the similarities end as I post this.
