Days 78 to 87 of ✨ 100 days of consistency✨
(14 to 22 december)
I have been waking up early to study a bit before classes (mostly by 5 am)
I have been going to the library to study, it's so fulfilling to be productive
But I literally pass out on my bed at 11 pm after a long day of classes and being in the library 🛌
I feel like I am putting in hours to study but the quality in that amount is not much 🙃
Will start working out when I have done catching up with everything in the classes
I will start working this week anyhow
How do i retain and remember what I have read (any tips for it??) 🫠
Have been sleeping a lot more as well
Things to improve: do mental work on my insecurities, be present in every moment, keep my phone away and finish most topics by 8 pm
It feels like the days are flying away and i feel numb, don't even have time to think, it's always go go go

Day 76 and 77 of ✨100 days of consistency✨
(12 and 13 December)
Woke up at 5 am to study biochemistry
Classes were mostly meh today
I went to the library to study, it's so fulfilling to be productive
Studied anatomy there for 3 hours like last time (didn't do enough to justify that amount of time but what can I do)
Will start working out when I have done catching up with everything in the classes
Now I gotta retain and remember what I have read (any tips for it??)
Slept more than usual 🛌

(11 December)
Woke up at 5 am to study anatomy for a bit (didn't understand much, until I discussed it with my friends)
Classes were mostly meh today
Got to see the superficial palm arch
Went to the library for the first time today (it was great)
Studied anatomy there for 3 hours (didn't do enough to justify that amount of time but what can I do 😕)
Will start working out when I have done catching up with everything in the classes
Now I'm gonna do some more anatomy and revise biochemistry that was taught today
I need to sleep more 😭

Day 71-74 of ✨100 days of consistency✨
(7 to 10 December)
Sleep schedule what even was that
Went to sleep at 2am one day and woke up 2am to study on another
I feel so sleepy and lazy these winter days
My weight loss and workout plans are in shambles
Classes were long and tiring
Ig I will start working out when I have done catching up with everything in the classes 🫠
I should sleep more tbh and do more active learning not just passive reading everything
Miss my parents 🥺

Overall some disappointing bunch of days (could have done so much more)

(6 December)
Woke up at 5 am to study anatomy for bit
Classes were long and tiring
Had a mental breakdown (hormonal reasons)
Will start working out when I have done catching up with everything in the classes
Went to sleep at 10 pm, crying
Had a long talk with bestie and it felt so much better
The sleep was real good tho
Post crying sleep hits different 🙂‍↔️

Days 56 to 69 of ✨ 100 days of consistency challenge ✨
(22 November to 5 December)
The study hours have improved gradually over the day but the quality on that focus needs to be worked on
I haven't been working out (it's too cold and i don't get time either)
I'm finally starting to understand how to study each subject
So many of my anatomy classes before were just an existential crisis on how to go about studying everything in the subject
Have made a few good friends here who have helped me out when I get these existential crisis 🧿
I do need to eat a little less, the mess food is oiling and it's making me gain weight
The hours to productivity ratio is fucked, but I am showing up everyday for almost all the subjects
I'm too sleepy rn to think of more points to add to this
Things to improve: meditate daily, be present in every moment, try to keep in touch with loved ones, keep my phone away and just study with more focus 🫠
Overall these have been some long, tiring but fun days 🎀

Days 49 to 55 of ✨100 days of consistency✨
(15 November to 21 November)
My self study hours are minimal 🫠
I did exercise one day the last 7 days, have not done it since because it's so cold here
I feel like I am never able to get enough sleep and Sunday I was occupied with some personal life stuff so I haven't been able to sleep properly for days now 🥱
There is so much work to catch up to I feel, so many books to read, so many notes to make but I believe I will do it. 💪
Have had very long classes, this shit tiring hehe
We had a dance party with our female seniors in our hostel, it was so much fun 🥹
Learned how to check blood pressure and so much more (all the lab classes are so fun) 💅
I actually really like most of my professors.
Some of my batchmates also got to go for the family adoption program (they said it was really fun, we get to go next week) 💞
We had also got called by some male seniors to ask us questions on community medicine, got to learn a lot from there tooo
I am really enjoying the college experience overall, however tiring it all might be 🎀
Have been going to sleep by 10:30 and waking up at 5:30 am recently 🤌
Early morning study sessions are lifesavers 🩷
Things to improve: meditate daily, be present in every moment, try to keep in touch with loved ones, keep my phone away and just study more 💐
Overall these have been some long, tiring but fun days 🧿
