i was going through a small patch of lack of motivation and drive, and i was generally just kind of depressed. two days ago i finally pulled myself out of bed to walk and get coffee, and on the way i listened to a band i hasn't listened to in a while. i had forgotten how vivid and bright and neon their music was! i've been in a super good mood every following day. so happy to find my syn can sometimes help me when i'm feeling down!!

MY MOM AND I WERE LISTENING TO MUSIC IN THE CAR AND I SAID, “WHAT COLOR IS THIS SONG TO YOU?”

AND SHE SAID, “WHAT DO YOU MEAN?”

AND I SAID, “I ALWAYS SEE COLORS WHEN I HEAR SONGS. I VISUALIZE SONGS AND IT ALWAYS IS THE SAME FOR SONGS EACH TIME I LISTEN TO THEM.”

AND SHE SAID, “I DON’T DO THAT, BUT I DO SEE THE ALPHABET AND NUMBERS AS DIFFERENT COLORS. FOR EXAMPLE, A IS ALWAYS BLUE, B IS A LIGHT PINK. 1 IS RED, ETC. GRANDMA IS THE SAME WAY.”

A universe where. ..

Music and magical warfare, where there Is a batalion of specialist soldiers whose magic came best to them while listening to music, their magic forms seeming to dance brilliantly as they cast. A universe where people who arent magic are at both the lowest and highest teir of society, where magic is the one ruling factor, a universe those with magic have to be military and you have to enlist if you show any signs of magic. Those without are both the universal unskilled laborer, or at the highest level of government, so the people have a civilian at the head of gov in this militaristic society, now you will never see a man in a high position of power, never a ship captain, only ever as high as ensign. Its because woman have the highest levels of magical and musical power. Power works in the way of a magical ability pool of several diffrent forms of power encompassesing the musical schools with their own teir of ability such as highest teir being foresight visions and the lowest teir is basic empathy. The schools are such as a school holding powers of the mine while the other is elemental, or another being entropy. A woman as a ship admiral has foresight visions and perhaps intense empathy as to better control the actions of the ship and people in it and a ground soldier has only promal abilities with the exception of the vanguards who have both the higest teir magical ability and synesthesia so that both their music and they truly become a mater of the battlefield
