Pianist's Zen apartment  

Hi, my fellow simmers!

Today I’m sharing a 930 Medina Studio apartment renovation in San Myshuno (The Sims 4 City Living). 

Since this apartment is uploaded as a room, you can also have it in a BASE GAME because I used only the Sims 4 base game and the custom content made by Felixandre and Harrie. You can turn this room into a house! Extend it, and play with it! Or place it in San Myshuno!   

My idea was to create a Zen atmosphere for a talented pianist so I created this beautiful open space with a saddle light coming through the Snow windows (Yukimi Shoji). Most of the zen spaces are painted white but I decided to turn mine into a beautiful play of earthy colors.

The Pancakes family house

Hi, my fellow simmers!

Today I’m sharing with you a new home for our favorite neighbors Eliza, Bob, and Iggy Pancakes. 

Pique Heart is also the first lot that I've filled for my Willow Creek Base game save file! I'll rebuild the Willow Creek world using only the base game and five custom content creators. This is the first lot in my save file, 20 more to go!   

This house is built on 30x20 lot and it has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Thrift and Bubble Tea Store

Hi, my fellow simmers!

Today I’m sharing with you a new Thrift and Bubble Tea Store that I’ve built in Copperdale (The Sims 4 High School Years), on a 20x15 lot! 

I wanted this Thrift and Bubble Tea Store to be colorful and teenage years compatible so I've mixed different pastel colors to get that cozy and youthful vibe. 

Also, I included a small internet area where sim students can come and study or playing The Sims game drinking their favorite bubble tea flavor.

RAPUNZEL’S TOWER FROM TANGLED

In today's The Sims 4 speed build we're going to build a replica of Rapunzel's Tower from the movie Tangled. 

I started working on this during the summer of 2021. This was my 4th attempt at the Tower but it also was my first successful one and I'm so happy that I can finally share it with you!

Today I’m sharing with you fully decorated Provence Boutique Hotel that @Bojana Sims built for our Provence house collaboration in Henford-on-Bagley (The Sims 4 Cottage Living) on a 64x64 lot.

Bojana and I both love Provence and the French countryside in general but separately we have no time to do something this grand so we united and create this beauty for you!  

I decided to turn this Provence house into a Boutique Hotel and decorated it in typical French country style. This Hotel has 3 rooms with separate bathrooms and together they can fit up to 8 sims.

TRAVELER'S APARTMENT

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I’m sharing with you a Traveler’s apartment for a couple of travelers who came from Mt. Komorebi to live in San Myshuno. They love traveling the world but especially love Asia so they decorated their tiny apartment with the most beautiful Asian antiques! Ofc I combined them with some modern pieces of furniture. Besides this beautiful furniture from Asia, you can also find some European and African elements.

All cultures are beautiful, but we're the most beautiful if we're together! Right? ;)

This is a 910 Medina studios apartment in San Myshuno (The Sims 4 City living). It's an open-concept apartment.

NEW ORLEANS HAUNTED HOUSE

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I’m sharing with you a New Orleans haunted house in Willow Creek (The Sims 4 Base game) on a 20x30 lot.

Since we are entering the spooky season and Halloween is knocking on our door, I wanted to create a spooky haunted house for your Sims Halloween experience! This beautiful house has a lot of antiques, giving it a vintage vibe. It has been abandoned for a long time, therefore, I made it look run down and nasty. The Sims 4 Vampires wall decorations really helped me with achieving this look. 

It doesn't have to be a Halloween or a haunted house, which is what I love the most about this Sims Halloween build. If you remove the holes from the walls, as well as the spider webs, cracks, and mice holes, you'll get a perfect and beautifully decorated New Orleans house! 

This haunted house is built for a family of four. For the parents, their child, and a toddler. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

GOLD APARTMENT

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡ 

Today I’m sharing with you the apartment in a rich gold tone. Since I'm constantly building I wanted to try a color scheme I've never used before so I played with different wood tones and warm colors mixed with some golden metals.   

This is a 920 Medina studios apartment in San Myshuno (The Sims 4 City living). It has one bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, an open closet, and a bathroom.

Note: If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, for everything to stay in the place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.  

In order for this windows to stay the way they are you need to delete the original ones using T.O.O.L

The weather is slowly becoming un-cosy, gray clouds in the sky - about time to make it really comfy again in your own four walls.

I wanted to ask where I can possibly find the pipes on the ceiling of your Industrial Farmhouse apartment build?

I tried looking for them but I've had no luck finding the creator.
