Just a sneak peak on the first branches of my tree!
Cassian and Louise lost quite a few of their children, including 2 (Vincent and Eleanor) to the Great Famine...

Managed to find gallery pictures of our founders, Cassian and Louise Farrier.
Formerly from the Wright family, Louise met her husband Cassian Farrier only a few hours prior to their marriage, as an arrangement between him and her brother Victor. After their parents, Judy and Garreth Wright, passed away from a misterious illness, the siblings were left alone and broken, since they agreed to use the money from Louise's small dowry in an effort to save their parents, which was unfortunately unsuccessfull. Louise was ok with not marrying just for the peace of doing everything she could to save her loved ones, but Victor always felt guilty about it. So he took the manners to fix the situation by himself, but only told his sister in the day of the wedding. At least Cassian seemed a decent man... Could this mean she still has a chance of building a big happy family as she dreamed before?

Hey guys, I'm back! Finally decided to let go of the mistakes I cannot undo and focus on the things I can still enjoy...
So the thing is the couple you see in the picture is actually from my second generation. When I started this challenge It never crossed my mind to put it on social media and I guess I was so excited to play that I didn't even consider taking pictures. But then the sims started to die one after the other, as this appears to be the hole point of this challenge, and I'm left with no memories of my beloved sims!
I'm still debating on opening a new save file just to take portraits from the copies I have of the main households in my gallery, but again It's a bit too much work, so I don't know when or if I'll ever do that.
But well, I'm afraid this is everything I have to start with...
Anyways...
Everyone, meet William, son of Cassian and Louise Farrier, our first heir to this legacy, and his second wife Joan. They got married in 1323 not out of love, but as a matter of convenience for both of them. Joan needed to escape a childhood of violence and William needed help taking care of his children.
More to catch up in the following posts...

If you want, you can follow my legacy through my spreadsheets!
Note that I've been making changes and additions to the rules since the beginning and will continue to do so as I find more fitting to my gameplay style. This includes death rolls, age spans, events, more detailed dates as well as other information details.
I also developped a genetics system in order to bring more realism into my gameplay. It's not perfect, obviously, but I put a lot of research on it and tried to make it as accurately as posible. It may be a bit harder to understand, but I can try to explain it later If you guys wish.
The family tree sheet is a work in progress, cause I always forget to add to it and when I started I didn't care for organization, but I'm working on making a new one.

Hi there!
I'm a brazilian simmer, too shy to say my name, but you can call me SimSagaLegends. I've been playing sims games since I was a child and I love every single one of them, but you know how it is, sometimes things can get a bit boring and The Sims 4 definitely gets the cake for it. But everything changed when I came across Morbid Gamer's Ultimate Decades Challenge. I'm obsessed with it!
So I decided to create this page in order to showcase my medieval legacy save, wich is my absolute treasure! It's not my intention to turn this into a series or anything like that, since I'm not at all skilled in storytelling for the sims. I do like micromanaging, but posing sims all the time and taking a buch of pictures just to edit them later is too much work for me. Rather than that my posts will be mostly single pictures with a small description of the events happening during gameplay, the portraits I take of my heirs (like the one you see above - spoiler alert) and maybe statistics, curiosities, updates on the family tree, stuff that made me laugh while playing...
Also, quick disclaimer: I am just incapable of following any rules, sorry, so expect to see many changes in my spreadsheets.
Anyways, I appologize in advance for any spelling mistakes, since English is not my first language.
Hope you enjoy!
