Library fireplace recolour

Here's the second fireplace I mentioned yesterday! Probably the last recolour of a fireplace for a while, as I try to get to grips of making my own fireplace, instead of recolouring someone else's! This is the Library Fireplace by Remort. I always forgot about it because the thumbnail is really small and dark, it was similar to other ones I had. I have lightened the whole thing, so you can see all the details; I have removed the SUPER shine, which may have messed up because of DX11 anyway; and, I added a second swatch that replaces the mantle from marble to wood

So, like the Watchful one, there's not much of a change, but you should see the details of the fireplace a lot better!

Gosford House

Hi guys! This time I decided to change locations and started building an scothis stately home. 

Gosford house is a neoclassical country house around 2 miles (3 km) northeast of Longniddry in East Lothian, Scotland, in 5,000 acres (2,000 ha) of parkland and coast.

The house has arround 62 rooms to furnish, 18 bathrooms+toilets, a main stairs hall, 8 salons and reception rooms, 4 famiy bedrooms , a servant’s ile in the groundfloor, 2 children bedrooms, 2 bedrooms for the buttler andmaid and 3 guest bedrooms in the 3rd floor.

Finchley Hall · a (mostly) unfurnished Georgian estate

Hello fellow Simmers! For my first build, I'd like to share Finchley Hall, a 64x64 lot designed for Henford-on-Bagley.

This Neoclassical Georgian-inspired manor house is (almost) entirely unfurnished, for you to decorate the interior - whether in Regency style or to your own modern taste. This build, while unfurnished, is CC-heavy.

Finchley Hall, the envy of all Finchwick, is the ancestral seat of the Earl and Countess of Henford...

While there are many ways you can configure the rooms, I recommend using the basement level for the kitchen/servant's hall/scullery, main floor for drawing rooms, dining, library, and gallery, second floor for suites, and attic level for staff rooms and storage space - if you want that authentic manor feel.
