maple & s. constructions pt.1 - stuff pack

hello everyone,

thank you all for waiting so patiently for me to finish this window set. i had to dive into some new stuff that i wasn’t familiar with before and it was a wild ride. anyways, i am very happy with the outcome of this set of 31 new windows! when i first started this project i was very inspired by refurbished warehouses and industrial style. while working out the form of the objects i decided to go for a more versatile version of lattice sash windows.   i plan on expanding this set in the future with more build mode assets like doors and outdoor wall decorations!   for now i really hope you like this set and have fun building with it. i can’t wait to see what you do with it. if you want to share your builds with me, don’t forget to tag me on any platform :)  thank you so much for your support of all forms. i appreciate you all for always being so kind about my cc. it really keeps me going and makes creating sims content an even more fun experience for me 💛   this set comes with a total of 31 lattice sash windows including versions for all 3 wall heights.

Landgraab Self Storage Functional Garage Door

These garage doors aren't just for looks - they are fully functional doors with custom animations! They function just like most doors in the game, but with custom animations and sound effects! As your sim walks through them they will automatically open/close and also have all the typical locking options.

But it gets even better - these doors are also storage so your sims can store items directly in the door's inventory! Consumable items that are stored in the door will decay slower than in the world.

These are base game compatible, but if you have City Living there are 20 additional swatches. The base game versions come in plain colors including some "worn" looking styles that would look good for a R2R challenge. The download includes both versions, but the CL ones will only be visible if you have that pack installed.

Be Yourself Mod

A mod about adding interactions to your characters to give them more life! This mod adds a bunch of fun and unique interactions to played sims to give fun moodlets, buffs and socials.

Features:

Click on your played sim to get “Be Yourself” Category which contains all of the interactions

Apply Lipgloss (Gets “glossed up” buff)

Apply Strawberry Body Lotion (Get’s “strawberry goodness” buff)

Apply Body Spray (Get’s “smelling fresh” buff, sims nearby will react to the good smell.)

What is this hot fuckery? Why the dreads and braids all over the sim’s body like some shadow trying to possess them? I hate this mess when creators just dump some BS without testing to see if it even functions properly. I rather go without then have this BS!

I guess since I’ve been MIA on here and I haven’t been as vocal on things, that people have been mistaking my silence for complacency. I’m not okay with a lot of things I’ve been seeing take place in the community as of late. I’ve been focusing on trying to further myself as a streamer and a content creator so I haven’t been arguing, nor in the mix but there is a clear problem.

Patreon. Some agree with it. Some don’t. My only problem personally with Patreon is those who put content on it and who never have any intentions on sharing it to the public. Even after Amanda (Sim Guru Drake) explicitly expressed that this practice was not okay. More specifically, I have an issue with NON BLACK content creators, especially the ones who have been in the community for a while. (The ones who used to tell black simmers “they don’t know how” or “make it yourself” when they request content catered to us.) Even ignoring black simmers when they reached out on how to create content on their own. Once you found a way to capitalize off of it you mysteriously learned how to create/convert a curl, or to create cornrow textures.

Like I said, I don’t mind Patreon myself, shit I HAVE a Patreon, but it’s only a 1$ and it’s more focused on if you want to support me as a Youtuber/Streamer. The CC I’ve created/converted is available all over the place. My website, TBS forums and even some Sim file share folders.

Someone is going around saying that 3 people in TBS had something to do with Emma being doxed. I DEFINITELY want to know who, because that shit is corny, and excessive. And I damn sure do not agree with it. I really like Emma and have supported her since my early Youtube days. Unless you can come with receipts that’s a fucking LIE.

It’s also going around that in my community that we pick and choose who to support blah blah blah. Yeah NO. In the midst of me working on what I work on from day to day I noticed creators like Gram Sims, Vittler & others who try to post their creations in the Facebook group, (Or send others to) in an attempt to get patrons. I stopped accepting those posts. Even kicked a few people from the group entirely. My community is not a space for you to take advantage of a under appreciated demographic. Even new creators who JUST joined the community sliding up in TBS with locs and braids talking about Patreon only. GTFOH. I’m not okay with creators doing Patreon only CC PERIOD, but my main discussion is focused on NON BLACK simmers making CC catered to US, and making it PATREON EXCLUSIVE IN AN ATTEMPT TO FORCE US TO PLEDGE, and how people are ASSUMING that I’m OKAY WITH THIS, and ASSUMING that I’m letting it FLY in my community. Just because I don’t go off about shit as frequent as I used to doesn’t mean I cannot see and I am not doing what I can to keep the fuckery OUT.

“Oh but your friend has a Patreon” I don’t have an issue with what @ebonixsims is doing because it’s all early release. It gets released to the public a few weeks later. It’s not being kept behind Patreon, forcing people to pledge to her. Despite this, she’s still doing really good with it.

So don’t get it twisted, I’m not on social media arguing with folks so people just assumed I’m okay with this shit, I’m really not. I’m actually two seconds off dropping Patreon share folders. (That also have my shit in it)

Supporting people is one thing, but a lot of these motherfuckers are becoming extremely exploitive, and it’s aggravating. It’s like you goofy motherfuckers sit in DMs like “yeah let’s make some CC for the negros and put it on Patreon” Fuck outta here. And it’s not even just hair, it’s skins and even CLOTHING STYLES. Y’all are really wilding the hell out. African necklaces, black girl magic chains, Juicy Couture sweatsuits. Who the fuck do you think you’re fooling?

IM TIRED! Next time someone asks me where I got something and it’s Patreon exclusive I’m dropping a SFS link. FUCK OUTTA HERE!

While catching up on the latest episode of Game of Thrones at home, my friend and roommate Liam was pretending to be slick...Hehe, he's such a silly guy when you get to know him.

Liam: You know...I have a really big hankering for your famous cookies. Chrissy: Oh really? Well too bad I don't have any butter, Mr. Santiago. I'm also not going to go to the store to grab any when Game of Thrones is on.

Vacation at Granite Falls

Liam and I had a great time, miles away from the city and on camping grounds where we can unwind with nature. It was a great weekend which was unfortunately coming close to an end.

Chrissy: I can't believe we'll be back in San Myshuno tomorrow. It feels as if the weekend just slipped by.

Liam: You're right. It was really peaceful out here. Is there anything you want to do before we say goodbye?

Chrissy: What about you? You never tell me what you want to do. So this time, we'll do what you want. What do ya say, Mr. Santiago?

Liam: There are a couple of things I've been wanting to do together...

We spent the rest of the day doing things Liam wanted, and I didn't mind because it was so fun doing so many things together. Later that night, we sat around the campfire – Liam grilling the fish he caught earlier while we shared ghost stories.
