The Past of Oda Sakunosuke (completely, my own assumptions. Not canon.)

I've pieced together the information available and filled in the gaps with pure assumptions.

Now, it was revealed that he used to be an assassin as a child who did contractual work. I'll assume that he did work for anyone and everyone that paid him.

I'll also assume that he had started to work for the Port Mafia because they bought him on their side with money, before he met Natsume.

Or, that after he met Natsume, he couldn't bring himself to kill anyone. But with his past, only a few, criminal organisations accepted him to work with them. He chose the Port Mafia since he could just work as a low-rank errand boy instead of someone who uses violence, there.

After that, he lived like a normal person and worked on the novel whenever he got time. It was revealed that he picked up the orphans during the Dragon Head's Conflict. After that, or before that, he met Dazai. And also Ango, eventually. He visited the orphans, helped with their expenses. All of that Oda stuff, yknow.

Then, Ango disappeared, Mori assigned him to look for Ango. He got involved with Mimic, saved Akutagawa's stubborn ass. The orphans died, he got rid of mimic. He killed Mimic's boss, got shot too. He convinced Dazai to go to the side that saves people and finally, died as well.
