Okay but has anyone thought about Doctor!Simpbur? Like he wouldn't be an official doctor or have any of the education to be one but he'd pretend to just so he would be the only one seeing how your body is doing and knowing about your overall health. Of course he would do some of the basic research just in case and would refer you to an actual doctor if he thought you had a serious medical issue. But by pretending to be your doctor he has the opportunity to see your body and even touch you by just saying it's for a medical reason. Out of the corner of your eye you could see Dream's lips pull up into a smirk.
