“That would be a good point, if you know, there wasn’t a school bus.”
“Hey, you got to do what you got to do when you are broke. Pedaling is much better than walking.”

“Oh of course, we’ll blame it on me.” he said and tipped his head to eye her properly. “In fear of stroking your ego, I won’t tell you how beautiful you are right now.”
“You mean you underestimated it. Of course I know why you’re here, I was simply playing coy, and you fell for it. Perhaps it’s your brain power that’s being overestimated.”

"Nobody should be riding a pedal bike anywhere, ever."
“I can honestly say that riding a dirtbike is a lot more fun than riding a bike I’ve got to pedal.” Scott beamed as he pulled his helmet off. His hair now resembling something of a tidal wave.

“Months of skype, texts.. and you wonder why I’m looking for the most intriguing female in Beacon Hills? I overestimated your brain power, clearly.”
“Now, why would you be looking for me?”

“Karina, seriously-- ugh, infuriating as ever. “
“If that’s your story, dude. You look exactly like Stiles, so, it’s not our fault that we can’t get your name right–And no, I haven’t seen Lydia today.”

flawless--lydia:
“No plans as of yet, so I’m completely free. Dare I ask how you obtained this new car?” she questioned, an eyebrow slightly raised as he pressed a kiss to the corner of her lips. “Take me on a little weekend getaway, and maybe then I’ll let you kiss me.” she teased, with a grin. Lydia rolled her eyes, not bothering to remove the wide smile she currently had, “A wasted journey? What a shame, to have wasted a mere five minutes here with me. I’m sorry you seem to think it’s been a total waste.”
“You more than likely don’t want to know the answer to that.” he said and pulled back to raise his own brow. “Oh, I have to work for it now? After you so rudely enticed me with red lace and left me..” he flicked his eyes down to her lips and then backup. “wanting more?” he questioned, he still wasn’t quite over the frustration that whole thing had caused. “Never a total waste. You’re not completely boring.” he added.

Simon blinked but nodded. “Alright, alright. You’re fine. You’re Stiles’ friend right? One of ‘em at least? He’s just across the hall.. would you feel more comfortable if he took you home rather than me?”
Beth made a squeaking noise. “No, no, no, that’s fine. I don’t want to bug your father, or get him involved, this isn’t a big deal, I’m so sorry I intruded-” The words came faster and faster. Beth couldn’t chance talking to the sheriff, especially since she’s technically a minor living alone trying to provide for herself. If any adults connected to the system found out– bad. She panicked.

“I suppose I could be enticed into silence with chocolate icing.” he grinned and made grabby hands for the box.
John looked down at the poorly hidden treat with a sheepish expression. “You gonna rat me out to Stiles- because I’ll pay you for your silence.” He shook the box enticingly.

Simon took a long drink, it was just this side of too hot but so, so good. “You’re not lying, are you?” he groaned and took another sip. “I usually wear glasses, contacts are a new thing I’m trying other than that, I guess my hair is a little longer? Maybe?.”
“Not good. It’s great coffee if I do say so myself. Fresh ground beans in a french press.” She held the cup out to him. “Aria. I’m seriously going to have to figure out a way to tell you two apart.”

“Well it’s either that or let good coffee get cold. Simon, by the way.”
“I don’t know. I mean, we have a deal him and I. I’m his coffee supplier. Wouldn’t he get angry?”

“You make a good point. What are your plans this weekend? I got a new car for the week and I could drive us up to your lake house like you’ve been hinting at for - oh, I don’t know - two weeks?” he teased and kissed the corner of her mouth. “You don’t? Well okay then.” he said and pulled back. “This has been a wasted journey.” he said, not quite fighting off the smile that pulled at his lips.
“Watch someone interrupt us now that you’ve said that,” Lydia chuckled, “My mom can still come home and intervene, even if she ‘loves you’.” She raised an eyebrow, as he nudged at her jaw, “Kiss you–And what if I don’t want to, hm?”
