This time I recreated the new Muji house called “陽の家（you no ie）” or “plain house”. It is a single-storey timber dwelling with an open plan concept. The design was created with two themes in mind - “connecting with the garden” and “connecting with the family”. 

「The flat one-room space is extended not only indoors but also outside by the large opening, and the garden is reborn as a living space. - MUJI」

This Muji house provides a sense of openness and connectedness with the outdoor. 

Necessities are Base Game and Snowy Escape, others are decorations. Playtested.

This time I went for a Japanese starter inspired by a Tokyo listing I found. It’s very very basic and I made a background story to pair it with the Snowy Escape game lore. Hope you will enjoy it in your gameplay or challenges. ツ

📖  Story: Sunshine Heights was build by the Ito family in an effort to bring modernization to Senbamachi area. However, the plan was met with protest after protest by the locals. Ito's plan was halted and what was meant to be a tall mansion complex ended up only with 2 stories and 4 units partially finished. On the bright side, "rent" here is cheap and this apartment is only 10 mins away from the station. Perfect for university student and salaryperson!

There are two versions uploaded but both are NO CC. Version 1(check “include custom content” box) include the NO CC custom paintings (as shown in screenshots above) that I downloaded from other players on gallery (since they are paint from reference, the upload is marked as CC). Version 2 does not include these paintings.

Mostly base game and all functionals are already playtested, the rest are deco/easily replaceable with base game. A quaint cabin with modern interior and plenty of fun activities (horseshoe, hot tub, bonfire, etc.), this unit is perfect for a couple weekend retreat or a short getaway with your friends.
