UPDATE: yup, that was the problem.... I removed the DX11 command and now it loaded everything, no problem.

Has anyone else had this issue with the new feature?I was at least able to get to the main screen with the DX11 command active, but it took 5x's as long to load my map, and then got stuck on the plumbob screen when trying to load a household 😩

Well I just updated the game and enabled this new DirectX 11 option that rolled out today (with my DX 12 capable laptop)... It's now been stuck on the plumbob screen for 15 minutes -_-

I'm hoping that it's just another normal case of EA rolling out a buggy feature, and not that my game is actually fvcked right now.

I get my new laptop back from the shop today. I bricked my last one beyond repair (not actually beyond repair, just would cost almost 3x's what I paid to fix it) so had to buy a new one -_- I literally took my portable hard drive with all of my data already on it and the new PC (still in the box untouched) straight to the shop and said PLEASE GET ALL OF MY SHIT BACK

all i am hoping for is that my sims folder transfers otherwise I might start a war across the fucking galaxy... I cannot lose that game.

First thing I'm doing is checking the docs folder and making sure its all there, then moving that WHOLE ass folder to the desktop and rdownloading TS4. Is it sad that I don't care about any of my other stuff on that computer except my sims?

Farmhouse - Kitchen [WIP]

Hello everyone 🤗

I couldn't wait to show you all the next room of the Farmhouse Collection in collaboration with @katesimblr @pineandhome and @indoorsim I'm working on the past weeks 🥳

One of the biggest meshes I made for the Farmhouse - Kitchen is this kitchen island. It took me around 2 weeks to finish it completely, make it base game compatible, functional as a dining table for 6 with barstools and low poly.

A lot of new meshes are coming soon...

Farmhouse - Entry (complete collection)

The Farmhouse collection is a long-term project in collaboration with KateSimblr, Pine.and.home and Indoorsim. We decided to work together to create an entirely furnished farmhouse lot inspired by Liz Marie Galvan and Mcgee & Co.

I’m in charge to create all the 3D models to furnish as much as possible the farmhouse, with low poly base game & HQ compatible items. KateSimblr and Indoorsim are working on building the lot (they both have their own lot) and recolours some items from time to time and Pine.and.home is taking screenshots.

We all decide together which item and which swatches to make for the Farmhouse and we are all so excited to show you today what we already made by now:

Guess who just found the ENTIRE TS2 collection at an estate sale!! Sorry Sims 4, but I'm getting back together with Sims 2, don't wait for me.

Time to obliterate my old laptop by downloading all of the expansions! 😅
