Hello hello! This build was inspired by Frida Kahlo's Casa Azul in Mexico City. I wanted to create a big, bright, and colorful home for a creative, multi-generational household that likes to party. This hacienda-style house has 2 courtyards, an art studio, bunk room for kids or guests, a game room, and lots of outdoor spaces to relax and have fun. There's even an unfinished basement, just in case you need to squeeze in anything else for your sims. Available for download on the Gallery! Thanks and have fun!

Kingfisher Cottage (No CC) by Siminist Agenda

Here is a colorful little 2 bed/ 2.5 bath cottage for you, my dears. There are 4 different versions available on the Gallery-- version 1 is the fully furnished and decorated house in the pics, version 2 is only furnished with the essentials, version 3 is a completely empty shell, and version 4 is completely empty and has no landscaping (saving your sims roughly $15,000-- why are plants so expensive in this game??). The furnished version is decorated for a couple or single parent with 2 little girls (1 child, 1 toddler), and includes a craft room/ office. Thank you so much and I hope you enjoy!

Hello! I hope you're doing well during this pandemic. What do I need to do to acquire your absolutely amazing Windslar Academy? I am willing to pay if that's what it takes. I am so so in love. It must have been such hard work! You've simply outdone all other builds out there.

Hi and thank you so much for the kind message! I am doing well and hope you are, too! I am so happy that you enjoyed the pics and I will gladly throw the Academy up on the Gallery for download for you. There's quite a bit of CC in the build so I will also put together a list of what you'll need and post it here. Almost all of the CC is available for free except a few @felixandresims pieces.
