HEY SO I sell some cool Pride-themed Captain America stuff at my Etsy shop, with the proceeds from all Pride-related items supporting my monthly donation to The Trevor Project, and I figured–it’s Pride, let’s do a little Tumblr giveaway! (If I were actually on top of things, I would have had this post ready to go June 1, but…it’s me. I’m late with everything. It’s basically part of my brand at this point.)

First prize is two Pride-themed items of your choice from my shop, in the colors of your choice. Give one to a friend! Keep both for yourself! I’m not your boss so that part’s up to you! The pictures above are mostly examples, with more details at the actual item listings; the necklaces are also available as keychains, and I can do pretty much any variety of Pride colors if you let me know what you’re looking for. Two runners-up each get one Pride-themed item of their choice.

This giveaway will run through the end of June; I’ll randomly choose the winners on or around July 1, 2018 and notify them by July 4. If you’d like to get one of these earlier to wear to an actual Pride event, you can buy one at any time (buying something won’t affect your chances in the giveaway, though). The other items in my shop aren’t included in this giveaway because the pricing is really different and anyway they’re not specifically Pride-related (although I did make a Batwoman Funko figure, and I have plans for Deadpool and Harley Quinn repaints in relevant Pride colors, among other things), but if you have something else in mind that you want to buy, you can always contact me on Etsy.

Help! I’m at risk of homelessness

My story is very complicated so I’m going to quickly summarise it.

kicked out and cut off by family

dad rented me unit on condition I went to uni

few months later my abusive mum lied to dad about me skipping uni, he stopped paying rent

I’ve been searching for jobs

applied for govt. assistance but running into issues (they think parents still support me)

been living off doing odd jobs, etc.

haven’t been able to do most odd jobs this past month because of neurological injury (can’t clean, help people move, etc)

most of my money I have been able to fundraise or earn lately has gone towards medical bills

At this point I’m fucked. I’ve been living off grocery boxes from a local church.

To make matters worse, my lease isn’t being renewed. That means I have to move out, soon. This involves paying a bond of $1000+ for a new unit and more. I also have to somehow find money to pay the rent for the last month of my lease here.

I have nowhere to go if I can’t move out!
