Shout out to plurals who can't get over their fear and self hatred.

If you're surrounded by those who enforce this, or are the cause of it themselves, It can feel suffocating. or impossible to get out. But it isn't. You can get out and you will because people before you have done it and they will continue to do it and so will you. You can be free

And even if the people around you will only love and accept you it can be so hard to be vulnerable after so much time of hiding everything away. It's a hard journey that doesn't end with escaping. The fear haunts you. There will be people to help you be less scared, no matter how long it takes you to find them.

You will not always have to be scared. You will not always have to criticize yourself. You will not always have to be acceptable
