The skinny Unicorn tail is only recolored in the unnaturals. The Horse tail is natural & unnaturals. 

Unicorn horn only has 4 pastel recolors, so you are definitely allowed to add more! Horn is under Hats.

Found under Left Bracelet. These tails disable Right bracelet and use both slots in the UV. They also make use of SimGlass.
