Fluffy rafa morning fic bc i love him so so much <33. inspired by my last Qrt bc yes! Also I am NOT a writer, I do not write like almost ever so pls have mercy thanks!!!

Pairing: Reader x Rafayel

It was a Sunday- basically the day of sleeping in. Luckily for you, Rafayel had other plans.

It was early, the sun was rising, and you were looking forward to cuddling with your silly fishie beloved. Sadly, you could see that he was indeed not next to you, probably on another one of his creative endeavors- it appears his inspiration struck early. You close your eyes again.

A few minutes or hours passed, you couldn't tell, but you suddenly feel a tilt in the mattress next to you. Too tired and groggy to react, you just closed your eyes again and pretended to be asleep. You swallow.

She drapes over you softly, his lips brushing against your ear.

"You swallowed. People don't swallow when they're asleep"

He murmurs softly, and you could feel him smiling. You don't react however, still pretending to sleep. You aren't a morning person, what's wrong with that!

"You know, there's a monster that eats children who get out of bed late"

He whispers again, this time, his nose was nuzzling into the side of your face, wanting to press a soft, tender kiss on your cheek. Or so you thought.

"Om nom nom nom!"

Instead, his mouth opened and was now nipping and biting your cheek instead. Startled, you squeaked and shoved him away, your shoulder brushing your cheek to clean off his dumb fish saliva.

"Ugh! Rafa, what's wrong with you!" You murmur groggily, face scrunched up as you pat the spot he bit. You finally open your eyes, slightly squinting from the light coming from the windows. Immediately you see him, chuckling to himself.

"Ah, so you're awake. I warned you about the monster." He coos, his eyes filled with playfulness and mischief, moving forward to remove your hand and kiss the spot instead, a quiet apology.

"First of all, I'm not a kid, second of all, there was no need for that!" You slaps his shoulder playfully. Curse his pretty face and pretty smile, it was contagious- and his smiled widened at seeing you join in.

"Ouch! Have mercy on me for waking you up!"

He whines dramatically, his face further nuzzling into yours, peppering your face with soft kisses- like he always did in the morning. Your forehead, your eyebrows, the corners of your eyes, your beauty marks... the list goes on. Point is; he never misses a spot. You couldn't help but melt.

A content sigh escapes your mouth as he showers you with affections, still too tired to do anything about it- not that you'd push him away, you enjoyed these moments more than words could ever express. But you were still half asleep.

"Still sleepy, beautiful?" He whispers against your skin. The way he always called you beautiful never failed to make your heart skip a beat- he sounded so genuine it made your heart hurt.

You hum in agreement, arms wrapping around him as you pull him down onto you. Early mornings made you cuddly.

"It's okay. We can cuddle alll day long"

I’ll be writing “character x reader” or “character x OC” fics, so I need to know what I’m working with! Any extra details will help a lot. Of course, we will discuss everything concerning your commission privately.

As some of you might already know, I’m a dentist, but still at uni. Sadly, studying dentistry is extremely expensive, and I can’t rely on my parents to pay my fees for me for a few reasons.

The first being that my dad is a heart patient, and can’t work anymore. The pension he receives is literally less than the equivalent of 90 dollars. Of course, that doesn’t provide anything in terms of food and living (we usually can only afford a meal or two a day) except for some of his meds—not even all of them. His health is steadily declining.

My mother is extremely narcissistic and very, very abusive. I’ve gone through hell living with her because I have to, but even she can’t even afford to take care of us because no one wants to hire her at her old age, and she’s used up all her savings on my dad.

I’m also physically disabled, and can’t move around often. I also have to have surgeries every now and then because of the chronic illness I have.

I am in serious, dire need of money, both for my tuition fees, and hopefully to be able to live. I have to keep us afloat until I can get married in a couple of years, since I can’t live alone. Besides, my dad doesn’t deserve to suffer with his heart problems.

I tried working with dentistry last year, and that worked for a while, but this year no one’s hiring due to the terrible state of our economy. I have no skills aside from my writing, so that’s what I’ll have to work with. I’m getting seriously desperate, so I hope you guys understand why I’m doing this, and hopefully feel inclined to offer any support you can—even if not financial, but just by reblogging this post!

"Where are you going?"

You ask him. He started moving without explanation, walking towards the ocean shore. His movements were slow and calm, before bending down to grab something.

The sun was setting over the ocean, a sight you'd seen countless times in images; yet experiencing it yourself, with him, like this felt different.

You remain standing as he made his way back towards you, the item he picked up in his hand, and a wide smile plastered on his face. His gaze stayed on you every step he took. Standing in front of you, he opened his hand, showing you the item he had picked up.

A seashell; albeit small and fragile. It was tinted purple, matching with his hair.

"Do you like it?"

He asked, his voice quiet and gentle, with an expectant smile tugging at his pink lips. His eyes shone beautifully, only because he was looking at you. You were the sparkle in his eye.

Of course you liked it; you smiled warmly, eyes crinkling as you nod. You felt giddy, heart thumping at this tender, quiet moment. The cold ocean breeze made you shiver, yet you couldn't care less. Often you had wondered just how he does this; how could he make the entire world disappear, make you feel like you're the only person in the world to him, make your heart swell with love with a single look?

He smiled back just as warmly, closing his palm again as he cupped your face with the other, thumb gently grazing along your sunset-lit skin.

"It's beautiful " He breathes out. "Just like you"

WISE HCS BC I LOVE HIMMM

- When you two first got together, he was all shy and didn't know how to go on about the relationship; every time he wanted to kiss you, he let out a quiet 'can i kiss you?' second guessing himself, you have to reassure him bc he's never been in a relationship before.

- once he got a bit more comfortable, he started randomly showing you acts of affection; kissing you out of nowhere, hugging you from behind while you were doing something, asking you to cuddle without feeling needy

- whenever you leaned into his touch, he was on cloud nine. He loves reminding you of how pretty you are, cupping your cheek and looking at you lovingly, reminding you of how pretty you are when you're feeling down, peppering your face with kisses when you feel insecure

-of course, you weren't the only one receiving the affection. randomly kiss him and he'll become a blushing mess

-his love language are words of affirmation,,, he can't keep his mouth shut when it comes to you

-but also quality time!! he's working? sit next to him to help him focus, you presence grounding him. you wanna go to the supermarket? he's right behind you

- he's having a bad day? cuddle with him in bed and shower him with kisses, he'll forget why he was upset in the first place

- Belle loves teasing him about you, asking him about you at all times. Whenever she asks, he goes on rambling about how cute you are. When he catches himself talking so much, she shuts up and blushes, realizing how in love he is

- All in all, he's so gentle and tender when it comes to you. He looks at you like you're the sun itself, his eyes full of love.
