A family photo that sits in Bibi's houses' foyers. Yes, those are her parents: a perfect mirror image of eachother. The other kid is...up to your interpretation as of now.

A sweet little moment of Sip meeting Bibi's sphynx, Bela. Normally people aren't wild about hairless cats, but Sip's just happy to meet one he doesn't sneeze around. And before you ask, no, Bela isn't magical or talking or a portal to the dead. He's just a pretty little kitty. I swear.

This was the first doodle of Bibi! There's something just so endearing about a well-meaning oddball with bad teeth.

Cartoon Concept

Running title: Edgelords 

the show is primarily about the adventures of Bibi, an eccentric talkative ghost whisperer, and Sip, a self conscious nervous boy who just wants to make stop motions and fit in with the crowd. 

General character designs

Bibi is shorter which a sweater vest over her dress. medium hair with long bangs and front teeth missing. eyes lage and excited. general stance with relaxed composure but ready for anything and everythign. 

Sip is taller with unruly hair that is generally covered by his sweatshirt’s hood. the sweatshirt is severly oversized as is most of his clothing. droopy eyes with bags under them. general stace with nervous composure. 

Character dynamic: 

Sip often tries to avoid the ‘weird kid’, Bibi. Friendship slowly grows over time as he learns their friendship is more important than his ‘image’. but for much of the beginnings of their ‘friendship’ he is very openly embarrassed to be seen with her. 

Bibi is very talkative while Sip is a very nervous person so she generally fills the silence which is nice. Sip is more of a realist who tries to stay out of whatever trouble Bibi gets herself into but always ends up getting roped into it anyway. they play off each other primarily as opposing forces until their separate goals merge. 

Interests/ other character facts: 

Bibi is the only one in town known to ‘talk to ghosts’. few believe her. 

Bibi’s parent’s, mr and ms Jamie are divorced for ‘being to different’. despite this they are near mirror images of each other, creepily so, like clones, or worse.  

Bibi’s parents also live in seperate households. both wich happen to be next foor to Sip’s home. in face, his house is sandwiched between the 2. 

Sip is really into stop motion, and only starts to believe Bibi about ghosts when he accidentally takes a picture of a ghost. after that he starts carrying a camera with him. He uses it to see the ghosts   

He sells pictures he takes of ghosts online to tourists for quick money, but keeps the clearest best shorts in an album. 

Sip is allergic to anything with fur. he would get a scaly friend instead as a pet if he weren't terrified of them.  

About the town: 

Voidsvile is located in on a peninsula, wich is surrounded by massive cliffs all the way around. one one side of the town is a huge cliff with a single bridge leading out of town, on the other side is a huge cliff that drops into the sea. the town is almost always covered in a layer of fog. 

The town is plagued by earthquakes that often leave the bridge in need of repairs, making leaving and entering the town very difficult most of the time. 

Because of the town’s isolation they have their own sort of cultural ‘norms’ that seem very strange to outsiders. 

The town is a popular tourist site for conspiracy theorists and ghost hunters when it can be accessed. 

many of the towns people call the cliffs that seem almost bottomless cliffs ‘the gates to hell’
