Welp I've still been a fatass these past few weeks so I've changed the goal to November 1st.
My main biggest goal to go along with the weight loss is I'm going to smoke as little weed as possible, starting by me doing a sober July. I might drink a little still but sober from weed lol. That's what makes me binge the most now, when I'm sober my anxiety is generally high enough that I don't feel like binging, or at least not binging a massive amount.
I'm also going to try and go to the gym as much as I can, I have that membership and I need to stop wasting my money on it and put it to good use!
I'm also going to be reintroducing some basic self care, like brushing and flossing my teeth at night again, and keeping my space clean for my mental health.
Really I want to make myself into a better version of myself as I lose weight. Shed the bad habits and shed the pounds. Creating a positive and welcoming space for myself and becoming a better roommate. Building better saving and spending habits so I can live alone next year.
Recently I've gotten down to 226.6 (April 21), so I believe I'll be able to get down to at least below 220 before august 21. However, I'm restarting at 243.6 today.
I know that 200 by that date is a bit of a reach, but I think if I actually stick to eating healthy, not getting fast food, and going to the gym a few times a week I can hit that goal.

Recently I've gotten down to 226.6 (April 21), so I believe I'll be able to get down to at least below 220 before august 21. However, I'm restarting at 243.6 today.
I know that 200 by that date is a bit of a reach, but I think if I actually stick to eating healthy, not getting fast food, and going to the gym a few times a week I can hit that goal.

Starting at 6:50pm on the 13th.
Weight (after food+clothes): 250.2
I might be able to go past this or have to break a little sooner. My family is doing dinner either Wednesday or Thursday night, so I’ll basically just fast until that dinner.

Lol I never did update this. But I made it to 71:40! Broke my fast with half a lil personal pizza as my parents invited me out. Was a good fast breaker. And I had leftovers lol.
Liquid Fast February 6 - ?
So the fast started at 8:20 pm on the 6th.
As of right now I’m a bit past 24hrs, feeling fine. Have had 390 cals (160 protein drink, 190 nutrition shake thing, 40 bing drink) of liquids. Just feeling tired.
Oh I also burned 600 cals at the gym, did 3 miles / 70 minutes on the treadmill.
I forgot to weigh this morning so idk my starting weight for this but I’m guessing like… 253? Idk. We’ll see once I hit tomorrow, I should probably be down a decent amount (food weight, idk). I’ll update in the morning.
And hopefully I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow too, will take a protein shake with me to be safe.
Now just to avoid the pizza my brother just made…

Passed 62hrs just now.
Weighed in at 245.6! Oh and yesterday I was 248.8. So overall I’m estimating 8-10 pounds down.
Will be breaking later today since I have work tomorrow morning (my job is v physical), I just haven’t decided on what to make yet.

Passed 43 hours just a bit ago!
Burned 650 cals, walked 3 miles over 70 minutes. I burned more today than yesterday in the same time!! Very proud of that.
Thinking I’ll keep going until tomorrow. Unless something drastically changes.

Well
I’ve been away for a reason… binging. Because I’m a big fat fucking fattie. I gained like. 30 pounds. In like two months. Something about winter months huh? I binge myself into a depression and then wonder why my clothes feel too tight and I hate my body more than normal and have less energy and like no money because I spend it all on binge food.
So here I am again. But actually (hopefully) making some real progress towards ‘healthy’ habits aka going to the gym and training for a 7.5 mile walk (that in the past I didn’t train for just did) and working (so I don’t lose my job). And just. Trying. To not eat.
Basically I’m a fat fat fuck who needs to be bullied intensely to lose weight (aka me hating myself and my body)

Posting the next morning, but god am I happy with this. I managed to fast through my docs appointment, loading and unloading my furniture, and through support group. OMADed a noodle bowl which was very very nice after such a busy day. Very happy with how this day went.

I didn’t even need the burned cals! Only thing I’m not super happy about is that I ate a whole box of mike and ikes, but it was the last thing I ate and I’m still under the limit. So that’s good at least.

I ended up buying more than I expected for the apartment, I wanted to have all the stuff ready for my kitties when we move on Monday. So I got the shower liner, a new cat box, a food dish, and then some cleaning supplies for the apartment. Not too much but what we should only need for the first weekish or so of living there. I’ll get all the other essentials later.

I’m just happy I didn’t binge, because it felt like a binge day upon waking. So I’m happy with today. Especially me sticking to my fast plan (16hrs) I’d really felt like I might break early to be a fat fuck… but I didn’t!!
