So I decided to make a drawing challenge for systems and plural people (aka, me explaining Systember)

Systember is a lot like other drawing challenges, except instead of taking place in October like a lot of other ones, it takes place in September, and is focused on plurality and systems. (Why September? Purely because of the name. That's literally the only reason.)

Questions you might have (and answers you might need):

"Do I have to follow the prompts?" Absolutely not, they're just a suggestion. I tried to keep them vague enough to allow anyone to participate. The plural experience is wide and varied, and this challenge hopes to celebrate that.

"Can I participate if I'm ____?" This challenge is open to all systems/plurals/multiples, no matter their origins or beliefs. If you share a body with other people in some way, this challenge is open to you. While I can't exactly stop singlets from participating in this challenge, it's not exactly meant for them. That being said, I want no syscourse to interfere with this challenge. We're here to draw, not to argue.

"What if I don't draw everyday?" That's fine! Do what you can! You don't have to make fully fleshed out pieces, you don't have to draw every single day, you don't have to participate at all, no one's holding you at gunpoint to draw these. Just have fun to the best of your ability.

"This was posted too late! I have no time to prepare!" Yeah, uh... I forgor. Sorry.

"Are you going to be doing this?" I'm gonna fuckin try! Although most of my art will probably be posted to @somewhatdailyanthrostuck since we have a lot of Homestuck introjects and I need ideas for my "daily" drawing blog.

Resident Evil 7 was about a husband who receives a message from his long-lost wife asking him to find her (Silent Hill 2)

Resident Evil Village was about a father trying to find his missing daughter (Silent Hill)

Shadows of Rose was about the daughter dealing with her own dark legacy, as well as closure regarding her dead dad (Silent Hill 3)

So if this is a pattern, Resident Evil IX is gonna be about Chris Redfield/Jill Valentine/Leon S. Kennedy/Claire Redfield waking up in their apartment and realizing they’ve been locked from the inside.

I think we should normalize making roleplay accounts of our kin, you literally get to act like yourself, put out accurate “headcanons” and people will refer to you as your kin name. Do any other fictionkins have to stop yourself from saying 'me' or 'I'm' when your talking about the character you kin? Bc I literally have to backspace the 'me' when I'm talking abt Atsushi in non-otherkin/fictionkin spaces or to ppl who don't know I'm fictionkin 😭

Hey I get we gotta protect servers from raids and trolls but when you make an application with the appy bot or something similar and expect me to describe an exact definition of a mental illness or therianthropy it makes me chicken out and leave your server before fully joining

i feel like more people would realize they might be xenogender and/or alterhuman if "cringe culture" and the concept of whats "socially acceptable" didnt exist.

because i was talking to someone and they were describing how their behaviors relate to vampires and how connected they feel to them and its like. DUDE.. CMON. OTHERKIN. ITS RIGHT THERE. YOU **ARE** A VAMPIRE.

it took me forEVER to realize im zombiekin, zombiepupkin, plushyzombiepupkin, and sharkpupkin and i literally could not be happier.

(i literally realized im the aformentioned kins like a week ago)

anyway. cringe culture isnt real. societal expectations/standards arent real. we shouldnt let either be defining factors of how we live our lives or how we identify. each person is unique; with their own beautifully unique identity. why should we place limits on identity when its such a beautiful and limitless thing? normalize being yourself and unapologetically expressing your identity because no one deserves any less than that if our identities arent harmful and they make us happy.

Whenever I look at Heisenberg, I just want to spray him with deodorant, alcohol, perfume, etc.

I don't know if that'll do anything (make it worse perhaps?), I just think it's funny.
