Deku is best girl
Poor Kaminari! What has been seen cannot be unseen.
This is my contribution for bnha week because I don’t think I’ll be able to add more drawings soon. A combination of Days 1, 2, and 3 I guess.

My biggest pet peeve in BNHA fic is actually when people describe Eraserhead as "fighting quirkless." Like, no- he's forcing other people to fight quirkless! His Quirk, erasing theirs, is going to throw off most villains who rely on their own Quirks. His opponents are automatically at a disadvantage because of his Quirk. That's not fighting quirkless!
#unless your definition is literally just 'fighting without a physical Quirk' in which case i think that there are far more famous examples#like Sir Nighteye. All Might's former sidekick

Mineta's Grape Stem
I've seen a lot of people confused on Mineta's grape stem, since it wasn't formally addressed. Even Mineta's wiki page doesn't mention any of the uses. So I'll address them here.
Latest episode. I was unsure if those ropes were regular ropes Momo created or Mineta's grape stem. I leaned way more towards Mineta's stem because he wasn't wearing it after Machia escaped the defenses. The anime seems to confirm that it is, in fact, Mineta's stem.
Here are some other instances the grape stem is utilized:
Super Move: Mineta Beads
Provisional License Exam
Joint Training Arc
Villain Hunt - Mineta Beads: Ten Fold
The grape stem seems to be used like a rope. Or a whip like Midnight. It's a neat idea and has so many creative uses.

I just noticed something really funny in the BNHA manga that I wanted to point out to y'all
First we see Shoto being a Prettyroki as per usual
And then this mf decides to try and imitate him (and Sero roasts him good)
Cut to Shoto Prettyroki having a moment again
AND THEN THIS MF TRIES AGAIN (and Sero smacks him)
Conclusion? Everybody say thank you to Sero

I’m a weak-willed woman, so I had no chance to not to draw this little dude from the new volume illustration
The eyepatch is obviously fake and everyone in the crew knows about it, but he still wears it because he thinks it’s cool and “tough”

im sending this on anon instead of replying to posts bc i am not interested in people trying to discourse at me on my main. but think of: fic where the roles are reversed, mineta makes a random offhand comment about how midnight makes him really uncomfortable ("even by my standards!") and does stuff he doesnt like, and eventually class 1a coaxes out that midnight has been doing Bad things to him while no one is looking. and instead of 1a beats up mineta, its 1a beats up midnight. How Turntables.
The turntables indeed!!
I messed up a little (a lot) on the prompt here, but...
"You've been quiet lately," Tsuyu's voice startled him from his game. On the Switch screen, his character fell and died.
"No I haven't," he replied instantly, twisting around on the couch to look at her.
Her dark green eyes stared into his as she walked across the common room to sit on the couch next to his. "You have," she decided. "The girls like you better when you're quiet," she added. Her voice was more blunt than usual when she continued: "You were worst a few weeks ago, but now you stay away from us."
Minoru felt himself deflate, shoulders dropping. He was already short and usually tried to carry himself in a way that made him look bigger, shoulders back and head up, but it was hard trying to look cooler than he really felt. "Sorry?" he offered. Even his voice felt small. Being in control of his interactions had made him feel powerful and good, for awhile. Like he could do anything. Then it made him feel... Gross. Sticky like the balls on his head, like he needed to scrub his skin clean. "I made them uncomfortable, when I was... loud?"
"Yes," she said bluntly. "But you've been acting weird. Not just quiet, but," she put a finger to her chin, head tilting in thought. "You're not just quiet. You're different. What's wrong?"
"It's nothing," he insisted. "I'm just tired." He was. Midnight's lessons cut into his scheduled study time, which meant he had to either cut back on his free time with classmates, or cut down on sleep. He didn't always pick sleep, but... He liked hanging out with his classmates. He felt cool when he was with them, a group of future heroes. A group he was part of, even if he maybe shouldn't be.
Tyusu didn't blink as much as most people. It was unnerving, sometimes. It was easy to forget frogs are predators, but he always remembered again when her unwavering gaze held his own. "If you're sure," she croaked, her tone dubious. "You can tell us if you're struggling though."
"That's right!" another voice chirped from behind him. Minoru jumped in surprise, twisting around to look at Midoriya. How long had he been listening in?! "We're all future heroes," Midoriya continued. "No, we are heroes!" His smile was blindingly bright, add always. "Any of us would be happy to help you, if you need us..." his voice trailed off, seeming to register that he had totally just interrupted a conversation he wasn't part of at all.
But oh was his awkward face was impossible to be mad at. "Thanks, Midoriya," Minoru said. "But it's really..." nothing, he meant to say, but was it? "It's." It's a secret. Midnight said her extra lessons were only for her favorite students, but teachers weren't supposed to have favorites. The other kids would be jealous if they heard that he was getting one-on-one training with her, while they got nothing. "It's not..."
"Mineta." Oh no. Midoriya looked concerned. Tyusu was as well, in her own way. Minoru hadn't meant to make anyone worried. "Mineta, I know," Midoriya stuttered, "I know asking for help can be hard. I've struggled with that too. But," his grin was back full force, "we've all been through a lot together. Even if we - that is, I - don't understand what you're going through, we'll still listen! To whatever you need to say! And we'll still support you! We'll all support each other!"
"Yes," Tyusu agreed succinctly.
"You're really cool, Midoriya," Minoru said quietly. He always knew what to say to really sound like a hero.
Midoriya flushed at the praise, stuttering out a thanks-so-are-you!
"It really isn't a big deal," he told them. He wasn't supposed to tell anyone, but... He was tired and sore and there were bruises under his shirt collar, on his neck and shoulders, and they ached. He had learned how to leave the same hickeys on Midnight, and remembering it made his stomach roll, but hero classes almost always made him stressed, and Midnight said... But... "I'm just tired because of Midnight-sensei's extra lessons."
"Extra lessons?" Midoriya repeated. "I thought you passed the exam and you weren't doing any remedial lessons?"
He shrugged, heart beating faster. "They're not remedial. She gives extra lessons to her favorite students. For dealing with fans in the future, you know," he waggled his eyebrows like he should have been doing more often. He liked making jokes, was known for it, and innuendos always got a reaction from people, even when his other punchlines failed. He hadn't been doing that lately, he realized, and that was why they thought something was wrong. But this didn't get a reaction, not even the same sort of annoyed groan a good pun would.
"Extra lessons?" Midoriya repeated. "But all of us should know how to handle fans."
Yeah, Midnight was right. Other students were jealous. "You wouldn't even like the lessons," he snapped and then immediately cringed as Midoriya flinched at his tone.
"Izuku likes learning everything he can about heroes," Tyusu defended. "Why would he not like learning from Midnight?"
Minoru shifted uneasily. Not long ago, he would have bragged about his time with Midnight, would have done everything to make the other boys jealous of him. It was awesome, right? He used to fantasize about something like this. A hot, experienced woman looking at him, taking him under her wing and teaching him everything he needed to know, guiding him with a heavy hand, taking control and telling him what to do to make women scream in delight. Now though? Now he felt like a fool. "You wouldn't like it," he insisted, heart pounding, "I don't even... And I'm me!"
Midoriya and Tyusu both stared blankly at him. Well, Tyusu was blank. Midoriya's brows were furrowed in confusion. "What?" he asked.
"You know," Minoru waved a hand. His other hand clenched tightly around his Nintendo, sweat slick against the plastic case. "Midnight just makes me uncomfortable sometimes. She's a bit much," he laughed, the sound ringing hollow to his own ears, "even by my standards!"
The silence stretched on, and Minoru wished he could grab the words and shove them back into his mouth, could laugh and say what, jealous? And make all the jokes he had thought about making weeks - a month and a half now - ago, back when Midnight first invited him to study after school with her. Private lessons from a hot teacher? It's every boy's dream! Wasn't it? Shouldn't it be? Was there something wrong with him, actually? It was fun at first, he thought, so it should still be! But no no, something in him insisted, no one should like that. It was fun and then it wasn't, and he wished none of it had happened at all.
"Mineta," Midoriya's voice shook as he asked, "what– exactly does Midnight make you do, during your lessons?"
Minoru opened his mouth with every intent of making a bawdy remark, to joke and pretend that everything was great, because why wouldn't it be? Instead, his voice choked in his throat and came out as a sob.
He flinched away when Tyusu's hand touched his shoulder, and the tears that he had been holding back finally fell.

Unfortunately, when a lot of fans dunk on a character for reasons I find silly, especially if they willfully misread the text to do so, the fandom punching bag then becomes my favorite character. I could have liked them a normal amount, but the constant bad takes annoyed me and now I am unstoppable.
