good morning ! hope everyone’s having a nice day thus far. just a quick update: we’re closing the poll for the apless vs. semi-appless status of the rich kids rp. we ended up with an 11:11 tie, which is... not what i was hoping for, since my indecisive ass made the poll so i wouldn’t have to decide. but ! we’ve talked about it and have chosen to go with semi-appless. i just want to say that i’m shocked that 22 people responded, which indicates that 22 people have at least a passing interest in the rp. that makes me so freakin’ happy ! i really hope we can live up to the hype and deliver an awesome rp.

so, i’m not too sure how my musical taste affects my niceness ? listen. i like taylor swift’s music. it’s fun, some of the lyrics she comes up with are pure gold, and the messy thot in me lives for the shade she’s always throwing around in her tunes. i’m fairly disenchanged with her as a person, because she’s done some things that really annoy me. selling four deleux editions of her new album, each slightly different but running at $17 a pop ? ridiculus. hell, i haven’t even really liked any songs off lover thus far ( though i still keep following this album rollout, hoping for some certified bops ). but even if none of that was the case, and i was a legit tayor stan, why would that change your opinion on me ? i feel like actions speak louder than words, so i don’t understand why you would discredit my actions ( which i assume is what makes you think i ‘seem nice’ ) just because i like a paticular musical artist ? sorry for this long-ass reply. it bothers me, how quick we all are to write people off or discredit them if they happen to have different tastes in some things than we do. variety is the spice of life, ya know ?

i was perusing the taylor swift subreddit the other day ( as one does ) and they were having this big long debate about what hogwarts house tay might be in. apparently, a secret sessioner asked her and she said gryffindor. but, like, no one agrees with her. that’s not my point, though ! someone linked this post about primary and secondary houses and i think it’s excellent. so i thought i’d share with you groovy kids. i’m pretty sure i’m a gryffindor primary, slytherin secondary.
