Day 1 of #BloomGrowBlossom #yogachallenge | #TreePose Q: Introduce yourself and tell us about your yoga journey I am a soon to be masters graduate and work in the mental health field. I have never been enthusiastic about yoga but just fascinated by the crazy poses people pull off and I'm like, "I wish I could do that too!" My mom forced me to go to free yoga classes in the past but I started getting more into it probably towards the end of last year (when I had too much free time home alone 😓). My practice is very on and off so hopefully doing this challenge will make me more consistent! Day 60: A few days after having the ambition to learn to do a headstand, I am finally able to get off the wall but stay up (even if it's just a second or two).
