RHODONITE HCS!!!!!

・Rhodonite would enjoy baking! We see her learning about what baking is in the comics from Lars, and eventually giving out donuts, but I strongly feel like she'd love baking too!!!! So would the other off colors probably.. She'd also really enjoy sewing! (the sewing thing was a mutual's headcanon but it's really canon to me lol) She'd want to learn about the Earth's hobbies and find something that suits her the best. This headcanon formed after the silly/stupid ass painting hc I've had because of a yume prompt, which yeah I definitely feel she'd think painting is fun or interesting but I'll admit she'd probably not be the best at it and be very anxious after showing it to someone!! Although putting icing on cake is kinda like painting, ig! LOL! Lars would also be the one to help her with it considering he literally loves to bake! Rhodonite having the ability to bake because of Lars would be really cute I think! :’D

・Rhodonite wouldn't know wtf swearing is, but once learning about it she's incredibly offended by it and thinks it's very rude. She's shouting "language!" once someone swears in front of her. She also is coming up with silly replacements for her swear words because I feel like that's something she'd do. The thought of Rhodonite being all like “OH FIDDLESTICKS!!!!!!!!” whenever some shit goes wrong in a mission I CANNOT BREATHE.. Meanwhile Lars is saying “OH F**K” and Rhodonite is telling him to not use that naughty language near her LOLLLL

・Rhodonite takes things very literally, and gets worried every time someone uses internet slang to her that she does not understand. For example someone could be like "HELP!" everytime they're laughing, and Rhodonite could be all like "OH GOODNESS ARE YOU ALRIGHT?? PLEASE TELL ME YOU ARE ALRIGHT!!!!!!” LOLLLL!! Poor Rhodonite having to stress or panic everytime Lars says “HELP” as a replacement for laughing or thinking something is funny… SHE'D THINK SOMETHING ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO HIM :’DD

・Rhodonite, once she gets a phone, seems like the type to use emojis a lot! Or the "get well soon" gifs with the tea or butterflies LMAO! She'd especially use “😰” or “😨” I feel like, and she would at first wonder what the different faces on the keyboard meant until someone told her. With the gif thing though however, she'd probably learn about gifs and become amazed that there are animated images on a device LOL

・Rhodonite has very nice hugs!! She hugs very softly and gently, mainly because if she used her full strength to hug someone she'd probably break a bone or accidentally poof a gem.. She's half Ruby after all, so she definitely has Ruby strength! She also probably has learned how fragile humans are and doesn't want to accidentally injure a human if she hugged one……..

・RHODONITE IS A LESBIAN‼️‼️ I literally can't see her being romantically interested in men..... She sees Lars like FAMILY and not like a crush!

・Rhodonite has nothing but nightmares about homeworld and her past with Morganite after being taught about what sleeping is, but starts having better dreams when cuddling with those she loves the most MY SELF INSERT FOR EXAMPLE. I also feel like she talks ALOT in her sleep! Then Lars or someone else could tell Rhodonite that she was talking, and she'd probably blush out of embarrassment..

・Rhodonite hugs herself whenever she's sleeping sometimes!!! She doesn't need to sleep but I feel she'd think it's nice and relaxing!!! (FIGURED OUT RECENTLY AFTER READING SOME OF THE COMICS THAT IT'S KIND OF A SOMEWHAT CANON OR POPULAR BELIEF THAT SHE LIKES TO LAY ON HER SIDE.. BUT WTV I CAME UP WITH THIS HC BEFORE FIGURING OUT ABOUT THIS… SHE CAN DO BOTH TRUST ME GUYS)

・I HEAVILY feel like Rhodonite’s favorite Christmas movie character would be Rudolph! FIGHT ME ON THIS!!! She'd not only think he's cute, but also feel very bad for him and the fact he's constantly being bullied.. She would kinda relate to him because of all the discrimination and hate towards him just for existing… She would also feel terrible during the Island of misfit toys scene, definitely! She would feel bad for all the toys and think it's not fair.

・Rhodonite likes looking at seashells and picking out seashells on the beach, because they remind her of me! She begins having an interest in seashell collecting only because of me but gets anxious thinking she'll find a crab in one of them… She'd think of seashells and be like “Seashells have Shell in their name! And my wife's name is Shelly” plus I feel like she'd think they're all very pretty and turn them into a necklace for me or something shhhdhdhdhddh

・Rhodonite is deathly afraid of spiders and uses a broom to try shooing them away in fear. Similar to that one "Too many brooms" guy who hates rats from Big City Greens LOL!

・Rhodonite I could kinda see enjoying outdoor sports/activities probably because I can see her RUBY enjoying outdoor sports/activities!!! Although when it comes to dodgeball she'd probably get scared and run away because first of all she never played this game before LMAOOO

・Rhodonite is definitely the type to be very good at strategic video games, KNOWING HER, but I feel she'd PREFER cute calming games like Animal Crossing over the shit she's good at 😭😭😭😭 LIKE SHE'D DEFINITELY THINK STRATEGY GAMES ARE FUN AND ALL, CONSIDERING SHE'S LITERALLY GOOD AT STRATEGIC PLANNING, BUT LIKE… I feel like she'd PREFER calming games because they're way less stressful!

・We know what Rhodonite might like when it comes to music, I'm assuming rock music only because of the movie ngl!! I also strongly feel she'd like Waltz music, upbeat swing music, and perhaps a little bit of jpop music

・Rhodonite, since she's half Pearl, definitely has a storage area in her Pearl! I could kinda see it being kinda clean but not organized LOLLL… Like I can see some things looking like they’ve been tossed to the side probably due to her stress and anxiety, but hey at least it's clean and roomy in there! Something like that!! 😭😭

・Rhodonite is definitely the type to get angry/scared, slap someone, and then apologize LOL! She also, in general, just seems like the type to apologize about a bunch of things HELPPPP!!!!

・Rhodonite likes clothes shopping! She especially likes sun or straw hats, bows, seashell necklaces, and dresses! She hates tripping over them though! She is also heavily afraid of tripping because she doesn't wanna be made fun of or have people be embarrassed of her.

・Rhodonite is a huge Disney fan! Her favorite Disney princess is Tiana while her least favorite Disney character would probably be any character who's a discriminator or a villain.. I also kinda feel like her favorite Disney animal would be Dumbo, Piglet, or the white rabbit LMAOOO! She'd also probably like Ms. Potts and the cabinet from BATB and the 3 fairies from Sleeping Beauty! And she'd not think “Wish” is bad until learning more about animation HELP!! I feel she'd also like Wall-e and Elemental for some reason DON'T ASK WHY 😭😭😭

・Rhodonite enjoys MLP a ton, her favorite ponies would probably be Fluttershy, Twilight, and perhaps the cmc cause they're usually made fun of for their differences..

・A human Rhodonite would probably love fixing her hair and giving it different shapes for funsies. She also lets me fix it for her frfr! I say a human Rhodonite because idfk how normal Rhodonite would do this lol :’D

・Rhodonite, I feel like, definitely throws pretty hard.. So I feel like she would be great at those “how far can you throw” challenges! Or perhaps those “rock skipping on water” things on lakes or ponds! I feel she'd be interested in that lol

・Rhodonite would probably like bowling, but she'd be afraid of accidentally throwing it too hard and injuring someone 😭

・Rhodonite definitely smells like lavender… NO DOUBT ABOUT IT IDC! Also no joke every time I'm seeing the lavender flower in stores I'm thinking of her :’D

・Rhodonite’s handwriting is a kinda shaky cursive font with hearts or stars on the “I” !! I feel it'll match her so well

・Rhodonite tends to have moments of accidentally looking rude, both in person and in text, when she actually isn't (she's a total sweetheart) and it's just her heavy anxiety, worrisome personality, and panic attacks. I feel she strongly has a fear of ACTUALLY being rude or mean too, and whenever people are pointing it out she feels really bad for it and tries to explain that it's just her anxiety again and that she's not actually mad. Whenever she IS openly annoyed though, or actually a bit upset/angry, which is common everyone gets like this, I feel she would openly admit to being upset… Although obviously this wouldn't mean she's trying to be rude! You get me..?

・Rhodonite acts both naive and like a mature adult who thinks they're trying to do the right thing while on the internet, which usually winds up getting her cancelled. She's then nervously deleting her tweet which people somehow got a screenshot of and are sending it in public just to make her look bad. The other off colors + Lars are obviously defending her because they know her!

・Rhodonite has a baking job either with Lars or near Lars, a bodybuilder job (I FEEL LIKE THIS WOULD BE REALLY FUNNY), a job as some kind of teacher, a job as a librarian (HEAR ME TF OUT IK THIS SEEMS MORE LIKE A FLUORITE THING BUT LIKE JUST HEAR ME OUT.. IT'D BE CUTE LMAOOO), or a job at a clothes store!!

・Rhodonite, once getting social media, has this very bad habit of deleting posts or comments out of embarrassment.. (similar to me… I do this alot on Twitter and I'm afraid people will point it out)

・A human version of Rhodonite would probably have insomnia while constantly seeing hallucinations…. This is probably due to her extreme paranoia.. I feel this would make for an interesting human AU ngl…

・Rhodonite can get pretty impatient! She probably owns a ton of clocks in her chest Pearl LMAOOOO! Not only clocks but I can kinda see her owning a ton of beautifully themed handkerchiefs for whatever reason.. Probably mostly to help out Lars if anything 😭

・A human Rhodonite probably drinks protein shakes 24/7 and works out alot.. Normal Rhodonite doesn't need to get stronger or healthier because gems don't get unhealthy, so that's why I say that LOLLL

・If Rhodonite was a dog, she'd probably be a poodle!

・She enjoys Pokemon, and loves collecting all the cards without playing the actual card game. She’d love the card art and all the cute and cool looking Pokemon probably LOLLL!! She wouldn't know how tf to play it as well and doesn't like the idea of trading the cards to people LMAO

・Besides Animal Crossing, which I've already mentioned, I feel Rhodonite would really enjoy LittleBigPlanet! Meanwhile I feel like she'd enjoy Katamari pretty decently but she'd probably get stressed moving the Katamari around! I'm making her enjoy my favorite video games because why tf not 😭

・I strongly feel she'd like musicals!!!! Or perhaps plays in general…??????? That'd be really cute LOL

・Rhodonite has ADHD and can't focus on chapter books, so she instead loves reading comics

・Rhodonite is definitely the best at planning dates, once figuring out what dating is!!!! I feel she'd especially love going to Funland or to watch a play for her dates LMAOOOO

・Rhodonite is a computer user. She'd definitely use a very old looking pink or purple computer that only has card games and those block breaker games HELP

・Rhodonite collects LED lights sometimes because I feel she'd be interested by these lights for some reason 😭
