Rachel stared at Chris as he mentioned the letter words that she rarely heard come out of his mouth. She began to wonder if he was just saying that because he cared for her and not ‘love’ her in that way. Because when it came to those words, Rachel didn’t use them loosely. However, she did feel the same. She didn’t want to lose him as well. But she was torn between staying friends and wanting to give whatever it is that is happening right now a shot. And the more Chris talked and probably debated everything, his tune started to change. Rachel was starting to hear possibilities and some ground rules.

Rachel waited for him to get done before giving his terms some thought and deciding to add a few of her own. “Okay, I guess I can go with that. But let me add a few things as well. One, you gotta let me know beforehand when you’re gonna fuck my ass. I have this thing where I just…yeah, just let me know. Two, if either of us wants to start dating other people we stop fucking.
