seeing fanworks in general get less and less engagement here is making me so sad but i wanna say this: if you are still giffing, still drawing fanart, still writing fanfic your work is absolutely cherished and important. your time is never wasted.

Sparring prompts:
Teaching them how to hold a weapon properly by standing behind them and guiding their hands, when you notice that their face has turned red
Saying something flirty mid-fight which catches them off guard, giving you the perfect oppurtunity to strike
Somehow, their training session turns into a full on tickle fight
They wince in pain and you frantically start apologizing. As you get closer to check for any injuries, they attack suddenly, calling you out for falling for such an old trick
Or they do end up actually getting injured, so you clean off their wounds
You want to ask them out after a match, but you keep getting nervous and postponing it, and they're confused as to why you keep coming back eventhough they've defeated you everytime
Their weapon gets damaged after a fight, so you make them a new one.
Finding it difficult to focus because this is the first time you've seen them with their hair tied up
You aren't well, but you don't want to skip training and make them worry, so you continue on as usual, thinking it's not that serious. But that's proven wrong when you faint right in front of them mid-fight
They've been avoiding you a lot, and after every training session, they leave immediatly without saying a word. One day you decide to pin them to ground during a fight and ask what's wrong
Dialogue:
"You've gotten better!" || "Tsk, can't say the same about you"
"I think that's enough for one day"
"...can you get off me" || "S-sorry"
"You hold it like this and- why are your hands trembling?"
"I really look forward to our next match!"
"Oh god- I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hit you that hard-"
"Didn't know you liked being pinned to the ground this much"
"Is that all you got?"
"I won't go easy on you" || "I don't want you to"
"Let's do it again!" || "Hell no. If we train any longer I'm going to pass out"

I’ve never bothered to interact with the Guardians before meeting Doux. The only time I actually talked with one without him around was Dedan. He’s alright. Much nicer now than what I’ve heard and recall.

Imagine Eragon doing the Bilingual Thing and mixing languages, and instead of saying “stop” or “letta” when he’s angry his brain short circuits and he snaps “STOPPA 😡”
Saphira and arya would never let him live it down

Of all the responses I’ve heard to this; this is the first to activate my flight or fight response. (/lh btw; this is actually really funny)
Confession: My friends call me a furry because my first skyrim crush was (and still is) Farkas. My boyfriend’s first Skyrim crush was Alduin so in my opinion he’s one to talk, lol.
Bonus image, just for the BF:

This is really scary.
Fucking hell. Americans, time to call your reps. I couldn't really give a shit about TikTok, but here is what is snuck into the TikTok ban bill (S. 686 - RESTRICT Act):
Bill covers not just TikTok but hardware technology like routers, cameras, gaming applications, etc. and virtual technology such as VPNs.
It bans them from being used to contact foreign adversaries (Russia, China, Venezuela, etc.).
Using VPNs to bypass banned apps and content not just limited to TikTok would mean someone could be sentenced to a minimum of 20 years in prison
and a minimum fine of $250,000. Or if you are determined to have willingly used a VPN with the intention of accessing a banned app, the fine would be a minimum of $1,000,000.
The bill allows the government to monitor whatever you are doing at home 24/7 without informing you through anything that is connected to the internet (your phone, email, home cameras, ring cameras, Alexa/echo, VPNs, etc.).
The bill also states that the president would appoint a secretary of communication, which would form a group without any voter input and hold private meetings that can ban anything deemed a risk to security at any moment in time.
If they deem something a risk to security, they can go through everybody's phones, computers, messaging platforms, etc. and censor any app they deem a risk to security.
What would this mean for human rights movements and protesting?
The women's rights movement, the Indigenous rights movement (protests like DAPL, etc.), environmentalist movements, gay rights movement, civil rights movements, etc. Think about what this would mean for contacting friends and family members who might live in "foreign adversary" countries. Think of how this could apply to other laws and current events in the United States and what we learn about what is happening in other countries - access to abortion, the right to retirement (France protests), women's rights in Iran, the Ukraine/Russia war, etc.
Think about what they can later add to this law and what this would set a precedence for.
Conservatives and libertarians, this affects you too. I damn well know that you care about the First Amendment and right to data privacy. Banning one app or whatever for national security is one thing, but what happens when a bunch of this other bullshit is snuck into the bill? How comfortable are you with the government having the ability to monitor the VPN you use? Access your home cameras? Maybe you see benefit in this particular app being banned, but surely it can be done without all of this other added bullshit.
What does this mean for whistleblowers and people who have risked their lives to provide the public with hidden information? A committee holding hearings in private that can censor any means of digital communication at any time? I work in a prison and you don't want the people you care about to be incarcerated for 20 years just for fucking using a VPN.
We're millennials and Gen Z, we saw the birth of the internet or otherwise grew up on it and we were born from parents who took part in anti-war marches, civil rights, and survived the AIDs crisis and Vietnam. I think regardless of political beliefs, we all care about data privacy and internet monitoring/access and we can learn from the generation before us.
Find your representative, email and call them:

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is planning on changing their regulations for telehealth prescriptions of controlled substances. However, they have opened comments up for people to voice their opinions. You can submit a formal anonymous comment HERE. The comment period ends on March 31st, 2023.
This is an important issue for those who are prescribed controlled substances (e.g., testosterone or ADHD medication) through telehealth, which means it can and will impact trans people on testosterone and a ton of others if this goes through.
