Event #1 || The Perfect Storm

What: Storm

When: Saturday, June 29th & Sunday, June 30th

Where: Seattle, Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital

The storm has arrived to Seattle and everyone is expecting massive traumas coming in. The ER will be full of patients and all the doctors are needed. Check out your pager because you'll have a lot of work to do.

Finally, we have our first event. I hope everyone likes it and everyone enjoys it. You can work all kind of plot but don't forget that drastics storylines have to be approved by the admins. We are expecting paras so don't be afraid to message your partner so you can start one. Also, try to roleplay with people that you usually don't. There will be no chatzy since members have different timezones. But you can do gif chats, of course. Despite of the weekend you all have to work this out, the event will be in only one night. Tag your paras and gif chats with sgmwxevent  and track it so everyone can see it and eventually, reply.

Why do you want this character?: I have been watching Grey’s since season 1, and I’ve been in love with Mark Sloan. I believe that I can portray his character very well, and I can bring a lot to the group. I have been roleplaying for 7+ years. I can do para, multi-para, as well as novella. I have had issues with roleplay groups before on Tumblr - due to activity diminishing, admins giving up. So I am looking for a group that will stick around for a long time. I am looking for a group that will help me expand my creativity and writing skills. I believe your group is the place for me and I would love the chance to be a part of it.

Surgical Intern ✘ FC: Camilla Luddington ✘ Open

PAST:

When she was still a newborn baby, Josephine was left by her mother at a fire station. Jo was shuffled among numerous foster homes until the age of 16, when she began living independently out of her car.

Her teacher, Ms. Schmitt, would let her in the building to wash her clothes before school. Jo worked furiously to get through school, evidently making it on her own through college and medical school, which are Princeton and Harvard Medical School respectively. It’s notable that she graduated medical school at the top of her class. Ms. Schmitt was the only person that supported her in her whole life.

NOW:

Jo wants be succesfull. She wants to prove herself that she can do anything. She entered in Medschool so, she can be a great surgeon as well. She is starting to know what feels to have friends, with the other interns.

Stephanie Edwards

Surgery Intern ✘  FC: Jerrika Hinton ✘ Open

PAST:

Stephanie grew up always being the underdog, always having to fight for what she wanted and working extremely hard for it. Over the years she developed a tough interior, full of snarky comments and her cranky attitude. After graduating from college and then medical school she moved to Seattle to look for an internship. One of her professors in medical school had talked oftenly about the intern program at Seattle Grace Mercy West. So Stephanie decided she should move to Seattle and go check it out.

NOW:

One of the several surgical interns in the intern program at SGMW. Cristina Yang gave Stephanie the nickname "Grumpy" for her usual crankiness and attitude. Upon starting her internship, she met Dr. Jackson Avery and who knows if it will be anything between these two.

Leah Murphy

Surgery Intern ✘  FC: Tessa Ferrer ✘ Open

PAST:

She graduated from Princeton as an undergrad and then continued on into medical school at the top of her class. Leah has always felt like she has to be the best at whatever she is doing. She has a determination for getting ahead and being on top of her game. Leah was in a relationship for 3 years with a guy in college before they broke up. He broke her heart, but it didn't keep Leah away from wanting to be in something more than hook-ups. She finds comfort in committed relationships and doesn't like to just sit around casually and have hook-up buddies. 

NOW:

Leah is one of several interns at SGMW. She cares about about impressing her attendings, including Dr. Cristina Yang who is her designated attending. Early on, Leah was involved in a relationship with Dr. Alex Karev, but it didn't work out and they went their separate ways. At one point she was thought to have been the one to spread the deadly post-op infection, but was subsequently cleared from any involvement. She now is just focused on continuing her internship at SGMW and moving on from the bumps in the road so far.

RELATIONSHIPS:

↳Dr. Alex Karev - Leah and Alex were in a brief relationship before Alex stopped calling her and Leah couldn't help but wonder why.
