happy Small Business Saturday to those that observe ✌️ i'm Eli, a queer disabled man living in Colorado currently trying to make a living off of my artisan work on my Etsy.
some of you may have seen it in the post about the new earrings in the shop yesterday, but on the Indigenous Day of Mourning, 100% of profits from all sales on that day are being donated to the Native American Rights Fund. if you missed that, though, don't worry - 25% of all sales from today (11/25) till December 5th will be split evenly between NARF and the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund. and that's 25% off of sales, not just profit - before expenses are even taken out, so more can go to a good cause.
i really wish i could give more from the shop, but as i said before, i am physically disabled and out of work as a result and right now, the shop is my only source of income. by shopping with me during this period, though, you'll not only be helping keep me afloat, but also supporting two incredibly important organizations in the fight for Indigenous rights.
check out the shop and pick up something today HERE.

new pair of earrings in the shop this morning - these blue howlite points hang 1.75" and are 100% hypoallergenic and nickel free.
if you're in the US it's Black Friday, but much more importantly, today is the Indigenous Day of Mourning. we're in an especially turbulent time when it comes to indigenous rights across the world, so in lieu of holding a sale -
100% of all profits from all sales in my Etsy today, Friday 11/24, will be donated to the Native American Rights Fund.
additionally, 25% of all sales from 11/25 to 12/5 will be split evenly between the Native American Rights Fund and the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
please also considering buying directly from Native American and other indigenous artisans today - this is a good resource for online Native-owned shops, and there are plenty of smaller artisans on Tumblr who could use the support. but if something in my shop catches your eye, know that the money is going to a good cause.
find these howlite points and the rest of my goods at my Etsy HERE.

n e ways, this blog will probably never be deleted until tumblr itself goes down. one of the mods is literally a librarian, why the fuck would you think we'd ever delete an entire archive like this. like. ???

ok y'all, we're gonna be stepping back from the current going ons and not address this much further, we've said our piece and don't feel like this needs our continued engagement
we don't support aspec exclusionists and feel they're a dangerous ilk, and don't feel like it's ok to continue platforming them, hence why we're going to officially stop documenting SFRJ, and that's that. regardless of what other "context" there was we really don't feel like we need to justify that stance.
that said we're also deleting most of the posts from the last few hours because this was not a subject that needed this much fuckin attention surrounding it. we initially intended to just make our stance and the future of this blog clear and didn't mean for it to spiral as bad as it did, and should not have continued to engage.
unless something that genuinely needs to be addressed comes up, we won't be engaging on the subject any further because there's just no point.

Hey, I want you to know that I'm thankful you're standing up to this crap. :) I'm ace spectrum and admittedly it was a little jarring to come home and find all of this drama.
Thank you! We appreciate you, and we’re glad we could make your day a bit better.

I cant thank you enough for standing up to this. It feels really rare nowadays to see people actively defending ace (and aro, tho thats a bit irrelevant to today’s specific discourse) people and calling out exclusionism and aphobia. It’s hard to fully express how much this means, so sorry about any incoherency lol. This is all basically to say thank you. This isnt a small or easy thing to do and I very much appreciate you taking the time and energy to do it anyway. Hope u have a lovely day! :)💜
Hey, we hope you have a lovely day too! Sure it’s weird to be making this level of fuss over a parody sonic faceclaim blog but i just don’t fucking like aphobes and I don’t want anything to do with them
I’m glad it meant something to you in a positive way 💙

On one hand i kinda feel rlly bad for causing you to stop posting sfrj-news since thats what made ur blog popular, so im v sorry for that you seem wonderful, however, i am very happy sfrj is getting called out. -sincerely, that anon who sent the ask abt them being exclusionists
Hey, no need to feel bad about that! I’m just angry that we weren’t made aware of this until just now, or else we would have stopped doing this a long time ago. Lots of love! ❤️
